Brilliant location a short walk from Paddington Station and main transport hub. Great easy quick check-in. Room was spotless and and well stocked with all essentials. Breakfast was slightly chaotic mainly due to number of people trying to come at the same time.

Overall it was a good experience except hotel Wi-Fi is not working at all and it’s a bit noisy in the morning when people walking outside the corridor. The entire deal is good value for money, cafe in the basement is with good service and sufficient food.

good price and room is not bad, but no elevator, a bit hard climbing as the room arranged for us is at the top of the building

Great location ,price isn’t bad the only problem is breakfast , small rooms but ok. I booked room with breakfast as I had to leave at 7:40 am and they said breakfast starts at 7 am so went downstairs me and 4/5 other people and coffee machine wasn’t turned on and , there wasn’t breakfast set up , I waited 10 minutes and then they started to bring things out , by then I was too late I had to be at a meeting at 7:30 am, so went for coffee and coffee machine wasn’t ready again ,so left without breakfast .If your breakfast starts at 7 am then everything should be ready at 7 am not 30 min after .I believe in that location where the hotel is breakfast should start 6 am or 6:30 .

Equipment in bathroom needs maintenance. Staff allowed is to leave baggage after checkout until our flight so we could spend more time around. Room is nice snd pleasant.

Location is ideal for people who wants to go to Winter Wonderland. Hyde park is just a few minutes walk. Stores and restaurants are nearby as well.

Clean and good location but room a bit smelly and breakfast just bread and coffee

Location is so excellent that it is close to Paddington and walking distance to Hyde park. Room size is limited to put one 28” baggage case. Clean n quiet. Simple breakfast. Good value hotel in this location

Cheap and cheerful, everything that I expected for the price I paid

5 minutes walk to underground and the railway station.

The hotel is close to Paddington station which made it easy to get around London. The street it's located on has lots of small restaurants and shops which was very convenient. It's also next to a small park and 5 minutes walk away from Hyde Park. It's clean and we got new towels and toilet paper every day. The room was very small and didn't have AC or a fridge. The hotel also didn't have a lift so we had to carry baggage up 3 floors. No one does it for you and help wasn't offered. The breakfast was typical continental but pleasant enough to get the day started. This is a great place for a short stay and location wise.

Every thing was spot on although I prefer full English breakfast and it was just continental which was the only down side for me in my opinion

The location is good, and the price is acceptable. But our room was in the basement and there was a strange smell actually, and really near the staff toilet, you can smell the stink when you go out. Though breakfast was included in the price the time is strange that many people might miss it. Anyway, not a bad place for a budget trip.
