Booked a completely different room and got a standard room instead. No refund, no apology nothing. I travel a lot and I often choose Hilton Hotels but this time I was disappointed.

The hotel is nice, new hotel, good service, nice breakfast, no parking, parking problem, location is far from the center  price is high

The room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location, right in the shopping mall. You can go directly to the shopping mall by swiping your card from the hotel. It is very convenient. I will come again next time.

Checked in on December 31st, parking was 250 lira, checked out on the 1st, parking increased to 350 lira. Overall, no merits, no merits, no value for money.
