The foods for breakfast with limited choices and doesn't change. There was a stain on bath towel. There was late cleaning in my room at around 4:30pm while I displayed the notice on door knot to my room was ready at the morning session.

Location is good . Convenience store 2mins walk . Train station is just 5mins walk to. Breakfast is decent . Place was under construction on some area.

The receptionist who greeted us was very polite, smartly dressed and gave us all the necessary information...our room was bright and airy and very clean coffee/tea facilities and you could ask for more..iron & ironing board which came in handy...no fridge available ...the bathroom was very spacious the only issue which we had (and reported) was the shower head you couldn't stand under it so used it via your hand, which really wasn't a big issue...evening meal wasn't available but they gave us a pizza menu which would deliver to the hotel and they put the order through and the didn't mind you eating food in your room. Breakfast was delicious we were shown to our table which was clean and tidy then it was help yourself to full English or continental good variety with both...the most annoying thing were guests were leaving the lids up on the hot food do they not realise keeping it closed keeps the temperature. .I would hate to read that a guest had luke warm food and if they did blame other guests not the hotel... Special thanks to Kereline and William who were both helpful and a credit to the holiday Inn express. P.s I thought it was a brilliant idea to be able to hire an umbrella for 48 hours for £2 !

Room cleaning is occasionally not thorough enough but generally is fine. Location is excellent. Room size is big. The room keys always fail to work, which can be annoying Would be better if they offer some variation of food for breakfast

My circumstances changed after a friend broke his collarbone so my partner came instead. On arrival asked was there chance to get double room rather than twin, to our surprise ‘yes’’ we can do that. Room good, included breakfast lovely. Would stay again

The stay was amazing and had the best view and it was just perfect!

Great experience for an affordable price. We liked everything about the hotel, the convenient room, the staff was very friendly but especially the location. The breakfast was amazing we love everything about this hotel. We would come back again. Thank you.

Very bad experience

Willian, the manager was very prompt in providing the services. We requested for a change of room and William was quick and polite in handling the matter. Saw him in morning breakfast ushering and assisting guests with breakfast seatings. A 5. Stars for the team and William. Well done.

The service is very good. This is my second stay. Their breakfast is very rich. All the service staff are very meticulous and considerate.

1. Booked during summer vacation, ¥3047/night. This price is extremely low cost performance. 2. The room is very small and decorated like a guesthouse 3. As for hygiene, I found the ticket left by the previous guest at the head of the bed and used tissues on the floor 4. Breakfast... There are few varieties, even cheese slices and salad are not available. I am sorry that I had such a bad experience.

The room and breakfast are good. European hotels generally do not have disposable items, but other hotels will have disposable slippers if you ask, but this hotel does not have them, so you need to bring your own.

Affordable and strategically located. The service from the guy at the front desk was very good. My son accidentally pulled the fire button and the guy immediately came up and asked if there was any problem. This service is for the front desk. I had four breakfasts in a row. It’s so frustrating that the weather hasn’t changed.

Close to the River Thames, major attractions are within a 20-minute walk. You can LATE CKECK OUT, the staff will try their best to arrange it. Suitable for travelers who like night trips.
