We stayed here for 1 night but unfortunately the aircon in my room was spoilt, we informed the hotel staff and instead of fixing they told us to live with it and tried to struck off the matter… seriously even though we stayed only 1 night we shouldn’t be treated like that

Lovely public bath. expected Small room like most japan's hotel.

Good location in Central Niigata, the room was clean though the bathroom was a little dated. The onsen is very small and can get crowded

Walking distance from the train station. Very accessible and surrounded with restaurants. There’s a sauna in the hotel that guests can use.

The room is clean and it's size is sufficient. The bathroom is a bit small for tall people but the publicbath make up to it. The location is great and staff is really helpful.

Just next to Niigata station and bus stop, excellent location. Nearby a lot of restaurants, room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like here.

The enterance of hotel is quite difficult to access with luggages
