Ulasan President Hotel

Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan bawah tanah, museum, dan parkir mobil di bawah hotel. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Ruangan itu bersih dan nyaman. Sarapan prasmanan sangat lezat, ada begitu banyak pilihan dari sereal hingga sarapan yang dimasak dan banyak lagi. Hanya ****** tidak ada lemari es untuk menjaga minuman tetap dingin, tidak banyak masalah untuk 1 malam di bulan Februari meskipun lol.

It's a nice hotel. We tried to walk there just to explore London from Buckingham Palace. It's so far by walk but that's our decision to try. The hotel is beautiful and the room is so clean. The only issue we had was tv can't show football station as it kept asking us to login to wifi. I also feel the twin beds are small. I mean, I work with Marriott Hotel and had worked with Pullman hotel Dubai. Our beds are bigger than that. You can hardly turn if you're fleshy. 😆 Every hotel with its peculiarities, anyway. It's a nice stay. I'll go there again.

Very nice hotel. Clean room with a nice and clean updated bathroom and separate toilet. Updated tv. Nice beds soft but firm. Bagage keeping service. Waterfilter on the ground floor easy to use (has roomtemp, cold, fine bubbles or sparkling water) little snackbar/minimart 24/7 unmanned. Had a bar and a restaurant. Location is top otch. Next to underground transportation had a 24/7 tesco express in the neighbourhood. A shopping mall with a lot of restaurants (affordable) and shops.

Excellent service. Good Hotel. Great staffs, especially Jojo the receptionist. Yummy English breakfast!

This is not the first time I’ve stayed here and as always the rooms were clean and tidy. Only downside the general ladies toilets were out of order and they had only 1 toilet in use in a hotel room.

This was the second time staying at this Hotel. Sadly, this experience was not as good as the first. I asked for a quiet room and was told it was what I had but as soon as we got in there the noise started. There was works going on at the Hotel which I had not been informed about on check in. Had this not been the case, my score would have been higher as you cannot fault the breakfast, so much to choose from and the Staff are all polite. friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again though as it is excellent value for money.

We have been coming here for just under 10 years. It’s an fantastic location. Very close to the tube and some rooms overlooking Russel Square park. This time however we was a little disappointed with 2 things, the beds seem to be getting worse with every visit - rock solid! The second was the hotel is working on floor 5, we asked for a quiet room and it was everything but. The hotel did move us after our first night but some of the staff made it out like it was our fault for requesting a park view room. I had to explain we had also asked for quiet. It has all the makings of a great hotel but it definitely is a 3*

Satisfied with the service of this hotel since they acted very quick when I found the ventilation system is noisy and can not be turned off and they provided another room for me which is fairly good. I like president hotel and I recommend this hotel.

The environment outside is good. There are some restaurants nearby and a Tesco. However, when it comes to the room, there’s hair on the bed and the curtains are dirty. The restroom seems not been um cleaned up too.

Great location to get around London with ease. Rooms clean, brekky tasty, staff very friendly

From our very friendly welcome from Sami we found the hotel a great place to stay. The location was perfect 2min walk from underground with great connections to anywhere in London. The room was clean and had tea/coffee and a good tv. The shower was powerful and we had no bad road noice. All staff were lovely and I will be staying here again and recommend to all my friends and family.

Had a terrible experience with President hotel.. Anyone new to London should avoid booking this.. Hotel is cutting corners by not providing heaters, neither did they specify during or after the booking.. Even upon requesting a portable heater, they didn't provide one.. Service at the reception is extremely poor.. they just nod ok and don't do anything..phone number to reception gets hardly picked,... there is of no use of so many attendants in the reception, without actually helping or addressing customer concerns.. looks like the staff are least bothered about the guests and hotel as well.. I actually feel sick due to the cold temperature inside the hotel room, and the staff are least bothered to help out with anything.. if you want to have a peaceful trip, please avoid booking this hotel.. Except for the location of the hotel, it is good for nothing and waste of your money.. Would like to mention Trip.com as well here, as they did nothing upon reaching out to them.. Extremely disappointed and would not use trip.com for any other bookings..

Long check in queue as not all customer service agents were actively servicing the clients. Tissue and toilet paper not actively replace when they are used up. Door left open after room is made up

There was no aircon in the room. 0 ventilation for both the room as well as the toilet. Whole room had a musty smell. Unable to open the windows as there were bugs outside. Do not be fooled by the lobby. The rooms were totally bad once u head upstairs. The fan provided only served to circulate hot air. Service wise, Alana at the reception was bad. We reached early and originally wanted to just deposit the luggage at the hotel as we understood check in timings. She assumed that we wanted to check in and told us that we could not do so. When we said we just wanted to leave the luggage at the hotel, she suddenly said there was a room available. Extremely terrible service. She also seemed to be a bit ****** as she had a very sour face when serving us but was all smiles in between serving us when responding to another patron of the hotel who was Caucasian. Would definitely advise against booking this hotel and would never want to return again. The person handling the baggage was exceptional though. He was all smiles each and every time we saw him at the lobby.
