CHARGED EXTRA FOR NO REASON. Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

They lost my ******* reservation so I had to book at the desk when I arrived and now getting a refund for the first reservation is proving to be a big ordeal. And now they’re trying to suppress my bad review.

The hotel was very busy. Front desk did not have enough staffing. We had a very tired after a long day and drive. After long wait to get out key, we got to our room and the keys did not work and there were pizza boxes outside. It sounded like someone is in the room. We ad to call front desk, then told to come back down. Now rather than two people at desk there was only one person. We had to wait again, explain things again and got a new room.

Friendly staff, convenient location AND extra credit for Dunkin Donuts in the lobby! I also appreciate the discount coupon for free appetizer at McCormick & Schmick. Hot water wasn’t also available in the shower and faucets in bathroom were backwards. Hotel was fine but a tad date. Still o had a very comfortable stay.

The shower was a tub and not walk in shower but excellent room and view. Very quiet and excellent customer service

I had a great experience at the Westin Cincinnati. I will definitely stay again, all of the staff was so amazing and helpful!!!!!!!

Refrigerator was unplugged and made load noises when plugged in. Pillows were very thin and soft, not good for a side sleeper

Property is outdated and suite was not properly cleaned. My frig in my suite did not work. For the price I paid I could have gotten a better experience at a Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly

Check in staff was awesome, he made sure we had rooms near each other on the same floor. Excellent Cosmo martini at O/V

My stay was horrible the sink was clogged the tub was clogged and we couldn’t get the air to work
