We have booked a premium studio, however we were assigned to a accessible studio, where the shower was a open space, which are slightly inconvenient for us as we do not need an accessible bathroom, the sink was quite small and extremely low for us too as it should be convenient for disabled guests but not for us. There was a bottle of milk left in the fridge too from previous guest. Despite of the room type, everything was good, the design of the room was great and better than lots of hotels in London

Large and nicely decorated room with good amenities including cooking range, oven and washer / dryer. Great for family for longer stay. Walking distance to tubes and 1min walk to Thames. Recommended.

Unfortunately someone left a gift in the toilet that needed flushing and bathroom floor was filthy.

前台丸子服務熱情，枕頭舒服，地理位置優越，設施齊全，空調好用，電視機大，房間無異味，被子軟，坐地鐵太方便了

房間裏設施很新，裝修得不錯，英式風格很舒服。有小廚房廚具一應俱全，可以自己做飯吃，還有個小吧枱能坐着喝喝小酒，也是挺特別的。總體還不錯！

位置很好，離borough market 步行5分鐘距離。 房間在倫敦算很大了， 方便， 舒適。

前台小哥哥小姐姐都非常nice 每次都主動跟你打招呼 雖然旁邊有施工但是一點也不吵 前台有飲料和小吃可以免費領取 checkout之後打不到車 帥氣的小哥哥還幫我們叫了一部出租車

엄마랑 여행갔었는데 위치도 타워브릿지 런던브릿지 가깝구 다리 건너면 바로 세임트 폴이구요.. 무료로 주스와 빵을 줘서 좋았습니다

位置優越，出行方便，裝修簡潔時尚

公寓位置非常棒，旁邊就是泰特美術館以及southwark橋過去就是金融城，鬧中取靜。附近很多咖啡館以及小超市。雖然旁邊有建築工程，但沒有噪音。只是希望在入住時，前台多給一些訊息關於房間什麼時候打掃，垃圾應該扔在什麼地方。我住了9個晚上，是完全沒有清潔服務的。物品可以找客房更換。所有工作人員都很nice，期待下次再來。
