Menikmati keindahan kota siang dan malam, Anda dapat melihat Menara Naga di kejauhan dan pemandangan jalan yang menghadap ke kota. Setiap foto yang Anda ambil adalah blockbuster. Kamar ini dilengkapi dengan penutup bak mandi dan masker wajah. penyumbat telinga. Dan sangat bersih, rapi dan nyaman. Sarapannya merupakan kombinasi masakan Cina dan Barat, bergizi dan lezat, mengenyangkan dan memuaskan. A good, comfortable room with very nice decorations. It was quite convenient, in between two metro stations about 10 minutes walk from each. Good staff service.

The room is very spacious and clean. Location is great. There is a supermarket on level 1 which was very convenient. Also a coffee shop and the flower shop nearby. The staffs and the manager Mu QiaoXuan are all very welcoming and helpful. Overall amazing experience

The room is clean, spacious, remind me of my stay at Lexis Suites Penang, Malaysia. Our room at level 28, water presure is okay. The city view from the room is so nice, i enjoyed sip my nescafe while looking at the view. Beside the hotel got frozen river. Can have a walk there. We travel to other places using Didi. I can say the didi price is consider cheap compare to my country (grab). This is our first time experience -16 celcius temperature so we cant walk outside for too long. Everywhere is too cold. Maybe can improve on biddet. If possible pls add a biddet in your toilet. Also your coffee cup, maybe can change it to coffee glass instead a cup. A bit inconvience to use the cup as i need to refill hot water twice to drink my small nescafe sachet. Overall nice experience at harbin and the room meet our expectation. Absolutely if come again, we will stay here again.

The room is big, clean and comfy. The hotel overall is great. The only complaint is the Laundry.

This is my first time that I came across a hotel that give sloppy room service. We requested for room service and they just simply cover the bed with the bedsheet, covering the pillows. Pillow as still intact like how it was when we woke up!

The hotel is good, nothing to complain about. Limited service at the reception and no robot for delivery the food into your room. Keep that in mind.
