Memesan kamar di sini karena saya ketinggalan kereta. Itu sangat nyaman untuk stasiun Kings Cross. Dekat dengan banyak toko dan jaringan transportasi. Sambutan hangat di meja dan staf ramah selama menginap. Selamat tidur malam

Hotel indah, tempat tidur yang sangat bersih dan sangat nyaman. Lokasi juga sangat baik.

The price is comparatively high. I check in late around 10pm and asked for late check out next day i.e. weekday but they would charge me extra fee if check out time is later than 11am. I was disappointed.

I have been to multiple hotel in london. I would say this hotel is the most reasonable price with best location. The only things I was not expected was at least they should provide a bottle of water and a slipper... Apparently the carpet was bit marked and I have to wear to shoes all the time... Apart from that overall, I am happy with this places.

The hotel is well-maintained and has great facilities. It is located at Angel and very close to the bus and train station!

Not bad was cold heating didn’t work in our room but air con is fabulous just make sure u go in summer apart from that it was ok 7,8 out of 10

Staff were amazing and attentive when issues arose. Booked the king size room which was large and spacious but that’s where the good parts end. - Air Condition did not work (Told reception when we got in at night and was given a fan) - Mini fridge did not work, so gave the food we bought to amazing receptionist - lamp in the corner was not plugged in, had to move the table from the wall to switch it on. - Bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly so you could see the residue of the last guests. Besides the amazing staff who helped and gave good local recommendations for bars and restaurants the quality of the hotel was lacking. Would not be staying again.

Very central location and quiet despite all the bars around there. Not the fanciest Hilton and small touches missing. We had a twin room. 1 pack of biscuits between us for 2 days lol. Air con was faulty - smelly and noisy. Did move rooms and slightly better but not a great hotel for my birthday stay. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows best ever! Big TV. Staff lovely.

Reception counter was very helpful and really enjoyed my stay there!! However, the cleaning staff only cleaned once although I stayed for 4 nights.. quite inefficient and slow..

They charged breakfast ridiculously high, which is crazy! Bad bad!

Clean, well stocked and spacious king size room. Went for a trip and the customer service was brilliant. Would do again

Had to bring the luggages up to our room ourselves, but other than that, great service
