Perfect place, great view, amazing service. Everything was perfect living here

Truly a great experience being in the heart of the city overlooking one of the most iconic landmarks in London. Services were top notch upholding the quality of the Marriott brand. The staff were very helpful in every aspect of the stay.

The Staff was so sweet and friendly, she knew it was my birthday she wrote me a birthday card and offered some drinks, the location is fantastic right in front the London eye.

Lovely lovely lovely! Great location, great view. The London eye is just outside the window. The services is great and friendly. Bergit is very friendly. Will come back again.

to sum up my review: I did expect more of a category 8 Marriott hotel.... pros: staff is very friendly location (not in the heart of things but easy access by public transportation) very spacious rooms amenities (including robes, coffee machine and more) view from room indoor pool cons: long walk to the room (long hallways, require quite some walking) breakfast is a-la-cart which limits your choice and variety curtains do not provide real black-out towels of medium quality

用攜程訂酒店有10多年，一次極差的入住感受！4000多一晚的酒店，花8000多共訂了兩晚豪華房，可以觀景，看泰晤士河景，結果打開窗户什麼也看不到，進房間的走廊，腿不好使的很要命！更發生了一件讓人及其不舒服的事:盡顯了認錢不認人，沒有人情味兒！18號23點14分提交的訂單，準備19號至21號入住兩晚，因北京時間和倫敦時間的誤差，也因自身大意提交後沒有詳細看，訂單成18號至20號！19號下午3點去酒店辦理入住，前台服務員查看訂單，登記訊息，也沒有提醒時間是否正確，住一晚後，20號晚上回酒店休息，門已經打不開，去前台找酒店人員，簡單交流後説不清楚，要求提供中文服務（入住酒店時平台標有中文服務）卻被告知沒有人會，聯繫攜程客服，被告知，他們與代理方溝通，代理方拒絕了，並且説酒店也拒絕變更入住時間！與對方解釋説，19號凌晨訂酒店，不會訂成18號的入住的，況且辦理入住時間也是在19號下午，實際入住一天！能否申請更改一下！無人理會，#同時被告知，你們未辦理退房，延長的時間還會加收錢！我們跟説房間還有很多東西，提出要拿東西，酒店人員從身後房間提出來像垃圾袋子，我們的東西早已被清理出來，在酒店溝通一個多小時期間，從未被告知過！無效溝通後，衹好收拾東西，離開酒店！衹能認8000多塊住了一晚酒店！

非常滿意，客房服務絕對專業，每天打掃衞生，該補充物品都會補充，但絕對不會碰一下客人放置在客房內的東西，特別提一句：捲筒紙超級厚實，曾經住過的海內外高星酒店都不曾配備過

服務態度一流，環境乾淨舒適，離各大景點近，周邊配套齊全，旅遊度假首選的酒店，下次來還會繼續選擇這家酒店！

C’est un magnifique hôtel très bien situé, très agréable en famille. Doté d’une très belle décoration,très propre. Le p’tit dej est excellent ainsi que le service .
