Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis Forest Park

My trip was OK until I got ready to check out. My vehicle has been sitting in front of the hotel lobby in everybody’s way for six hours. I left my keys with the valet service to go park my vehicle. No one knew where my car keys were at my vehicle had been moved over to the side. The staff was just avoiding me in the situation saying they would call me back and then they wouldn’t. It was time to check out I didn’t want to have to pay for another night I was supposed to be at work I missed work. Finally the front desk called me they had found my keys they did not tell me where. They took the parking charge off of my bill and that was it. I really thought they should wave they charge for my entire stay I missed a days work almost lost my job and went through countless hours of stress because that’s the only set of keys I had. I’m not so sure someone didn’t take my jeep somewhere all night and bring it back early in the morning. I don’t see how I could’ve sat in that spot all night long in everyone’s way without someone getting a hold of me. There is a half a tank a gas gone and I’m not sure about the mileage. I think I deserve a refund for my stay personally 

房間挺大，這次出差訂的酒店都挺好，攜程價格還是比較合適的。早餐不太豐盛，聊勝於無，美國確實不好吃的。

酒店在和聖路易斯醫院為一體，與森林沒啥關係。窗外是停車場，完全無法拉開窗簾。圖片與實際嚴重不符。這個價格，非常不值。旅遊或去大學看孩子，絕對不推薦，

坐落在森林公園附近的酒店，房間大設施齊全，附近餐館眾多推薦越南米粉。

酒店比較舊，但乾淨，位置靠近大學城和森林公園，對要去WashU的家庭比較方便。但去學校等地方要靠Uber

酒店停車場在修。我們急急忙忙趕到已經很晚了。也沒出去逛。房間無功無過，知道我是會員還送了小禮物，開心。

酒店乾淨又整潔，服務周到又細心

有洗衣房可以自助洗衣，停車方便，要收費

飯店服務很好、經理也很讚喔👍！

早餐感覺一般

Very convenient to Barnes Hospital. We have stayed there numerous times and there never seems to he enough staff at the front desk to help. One person at the counter while there may be 1or 2 people in the office that do not come out to help when needed.

Overall stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. However, our room was noisy. We paid for the breakfast buffet and much was out or running low.

This was a disappointing experience for a Hilton. Starting from the outside it was dirty. Our check-in went smoothly, but the first room they gave us flipped into a parking garage. It turns out half of the hotel looks into a parking garage and another. We did have our room changed. It was clean, but the housekeeping wasn’t up to part with my previous days at Hilton. We had miscommunication about late check out. The parking is a real issue. Although I appreciate it being able to come in and out for a daily fee, there were very few parking spaces and we had to walk through , the parking area to get into the hotel, which was problematic for my elderly mother. It felt like there a lot of things that weren’t disclosed in the advertising. I would choose the AC Marriott again.

Out of all the Double Trees I've stayed at this one was average to good, but not excellent. The covered, secure, parking was nice, but the garage is not connected to the hotel, so you have to walk the garage back out to the front of the hotel. That was fine for most, but if you are disabled, that would be difficult based on the steepness of the garage. Additionally, this means, you need to unload/load your bags at the drop off zone, unless you want to haul them into the garage as it's not conducive to use a cart in the garage. There's not even a good staircase to use from the garage; you, literally, have to walk all the way back down and there is limited disabled parking or lower level parking. The garage is, actually, tight, too, so if you have an oversized vehicle, it will be difficult to maneuver. The front desk, cleaning crew and other staff were friendly and the attached Applebee's is nice if you don't want to venture out for dinner (that IS accessible from ground level and there is a door from the hotel to the restaurant). Other than that, the rooms are a bit loud because, while there are independent thermostats in each room, a fan blows, constantly, throughout the night and you can't shut it off (I asked). I'm not sure if this is all rooms, or just my room/floor, but if you want quiet, this fan will bother you, more than likely. The black out curtains were nice and the TV is large (around 50").
