Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea Football Club

Great location room facilities and size was worth the price. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Would stay again in the club room

Im Hotel ist alles super das Frühstück ist auch gut nut der Kaffee hat mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt aber alles andere frisches Obst Wurst und Backwaren waren reichlich vorhanden

Room was dirty. Sheets had stains on. Tables had thick layers of dust. Reception advised someone would sort this but they never did. No member of staff had the same answer in regards to food and menus. One evening we had a kids meal delivered to the room but the following night we were advised that’s not allowed! However, nice selection of food for breakfast.

Cheguei ao hotel e começaram os problemas, no hotel milénio não havia ninguém na recepção e para fazer o check-in tive que me deslocar para outro hotel do lado. Ao entrar mais um problema, a receção era no primeiro andar e as escadas rolantes para subir estavam avariadas (e continuaram avariadas ao longo de toda a estadia). Ao chegar à recepção o check-in foi feito com um acolhimento frio e antipático. O pequeno almoço não seria feito no hotel milénio onde eu fiquei hospedado, estava também fechado e todos os dias de manhã teria que sair do hotel e ir ao do lado, subir as escadas rolantes avariadas e esperar ter mesa pois o espaço era muito pequeno para todos os hóspedes do hotel. O quarto tinha traços de desgaste por todo lado, buracos nas paredes, madeiras gastas, ferrugem,.... O chão do quarto estava com uma poça de água na alcatifa. Havia pó e sujidade. As taças e talheres disponíveis no quarto estavam ainda com traços de uso dos hóspedes anteriores. Estes eram apenas passados por água, mesmo ao longo da nossa estadia l. O tamanho do quarto era bom, tinha frigorífico, cofre, dispunha de robes, chinelos, escovas de dentes, e alguns frascos na parede com amaciador, shampoo e gel de banho, sabão das mãos e creme do corpo. O frasco do shampoo e gel de banho esteve sempre vazio desde o primeiro ao último dia, sem nunca ter sido reposto. NAO DISPUNHA DE ÁGUA EM GARRAFA NO QUARTO nem em lado nenhum. Imaginem chegarem ao hotel com cede e não poderem beber água. Nem sequer existe possibilidade de comprar. Sempre que saímos do quarto e voltamos , o quarto estava super super quente. Na verdade, quando tirava o cartão do quarto o aquecimento ligava no máximo e não havia possibilidade de regular nem desligar este sistema. Inadmissível, tinha sempre que abrir a janela quando chegava. A água do chuveiro não mantinha a temperatura, ora saia super quente ou muito fria. Pequeno almoço com muita gente, barulho, poucas mesas para os hóspedes, pouca variedade de comida e faltava muitas vezes alguma comida. Se fosse hoje não ficava no hotel.

Upon arrival the service from staff were warming and very welcoming. It is a beautiful hotel and my son loved that we stayed in the hotel which is part of Chelsea football club. It is very clean, high standard and only a couple of minute walk to the nearest underground. Great location and the hotel room is a very good size. We’d definitely book again and it was a fantastic value for the amazing location!

Très bien desservie, métro, bus et train, chambre spacieuse, lit confortable . Franchement l hôtel super je recommande

Really disappointing still not Received £50 deposit taken on 20th April have rang trip.com and hotel but the reception where rude and didn’t want to deal with my refund avoid

房間很乾凈，服務態度非常好，入住退房都很快，微笑服務，Easter還送了節日餅乾。衞生條件非常好，周圍有點偏，但門口有公交很方便。適合看球的球迷吧。 以後還來入住。

The manager Neill was above and beyond a true gentleman and someone that Hotel really needs to keep hold of, I think he's a manager but regardless of title he was the one running around trying his best to sort the impossible and in the end I felt that sorry for him I jhelped him out and kept the room. The air con wasn't working and the room was very hot ....that is the only letdown in the hotel Neil and the people on reception ( young girl especially) will be the only reason I would return Nice hotel It is very dated and needs quite a bit of spending to sort AC faults and back of house issues Fantastic location, especially as we were on the match Price wise, very good I will absolutely return here if I stay down again I would seriously look for a different carpark nearby. What is a lot cheaper ( £72 for fri night to sun morning is too expensive) THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS CARPARK so it's not their fault
