"What can I say about Hostal Gami !! It´s Perfect. As an entertainer in Cala Ratjada I had the pleasure of staying here on numerous times in Spring & Summer 2025 and It was Perfect for me. Not only the Price to help me get a nice sleep after a late gig to avoid a long drive home but I had Fun with my Family staying too and the breakfast was also Spot on. The Reception Guy was so friendly and always made me feel welcome as did any staff we met. A Great place. Feel Like I should keep it quiet as I might not get a room next year but credit where Credit is due !! Spot On !!!"

"We arrived late at night we had booked a superior room ground floor and taken to a fifth floor room that wasn't a superior in my view as I have mobility issues it just wasn't going to work so Sergio very kindley took us to a ground floor pool facing room ,unfortunately we had an infestation which we reported but they where very slow to deal with after two days I contacted the jet 2 rep Kate who was absolutely brilliant ,as the hotel was full there was no availability to move us but after another two days Kate managed to get us a sea front superior room. We feel we lost the firt five days of our holiday but ,the food choice and restaurant is very good plenty of choice and there is also a lovely indoor pool which I used all the time ,Marek on reception apologised for what had happened and we are enjoying the rest of out stay ,things happen so dont be put of its a brilliant flat location with help for people who have mobility issues my recommendation is to book a sea front superior room if possible the view is fabulous and you can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by . Heads up to all the hard working staff here and a big thankyou to the brilliant Jet2 rep Kate "

"Booked the hotel for the location and the fact the food looked great( don't normally eat dinner inhouse). Big mistake. First night arrived late so barely ate much, breakfast adequate on the sun morning. Sunday night got in restaurant 10 mins after opening. All plated "hot " food cold ,goodness knows how long been left out, veg almost raw, Tried several dishes. Queue for chef cooking too long to bother with. Tried several starters and couple of desserts. Unimpressed. Approx 4 hours later the stomach etc problems kicked in, worst case of food poisoning ever experienced in my life! Not eaten outside hotel all day and only drank bottled water. Rang reception mon morning ( no instruction on internal phone to access so used mobile) as solo and was concerned. Receptionist came up, said noone else affected, was a viral infection ( it wasnt), never heard from reception again so could have been unconscious in room for all they knew!! Was in bed virtually from the sun night til checkout on the wed. Looking back through reviews there is definitely something not right with the food, someone mentioned a possible hygiene issue. Maybe people just think it's a 'Spanish tummy ' general thing they've got...Luckily beds comfortable and clean, strong shower. Walls thin as could hear person next door zipping their case up so they must have heard me in bathroom... 😞 sorry..."

Hotel staff, including the manager, are unhelpful. Location is loud and parking is difficult. We paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1 despite losing the entire amount. Spend your money elsewhere."

"This Hotel and location are excellent. Ther Hotel was pristine everywhere. I stayed with my eldest daugher in two rooms with side sea views. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern style and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff desreve complementing on their outstanding service and happy polite manner. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was good with plenty of choice. Pool is large and there was never an issue with sunbeds. I would return here again most definitely."

"Having frequented Majorca for a number of years, I had high hopes for this hotel. Firstly, on arrival in the airport I found that my shuttle transfer to the hotel hadn't been confirmed, even though on my holiday itinerary through love holidays, it had been, so I had to show the Transunion worker and she had to book me on the next coach and printed me out a ticket. Having waited on said coach for almost an hour, we then started the 3 hour journey across the island to resort. So after 4 hours of being in the country, I finally arrived in resort. The manager even commented on the fact when I arrived at the hotel reception, that i looked pale. The room was fine even though there were an assortment of insects that plagued my room during the first few days, which I duly had to kill, even though I was on the 3rd floor - mosquitos, ants and small flying insects. I was shocked about the amount of German people who were staying in the hotel. Even the Spanish staff greeted me in German, but when I acknowledged them in Spanish, they reverted to their native tongue. The area also had many signs in German. There was also 2 incidents by the pool when occupying sunbeds. The first came when I was accused by a German woman of removing towels off 2 sunbeds next to her and her husband, in order for me to occupy one of them. Having translated what she wanted to say into English or me, I asserted myself in telling her that had not moved the belongings from the bed. The second incident occurred the day after, when I was occupying a bed and my belongings were moved to a broken bed next to my bed and then the man had the nerve to greet me when I came back to my bed after I had been up in my room having lunch. I looked at him dumbfounded. Clearly this is why I had been accused the day before. I will review this hotel again when I have completed my stay, but so far this reflects my time at this hotel and my opinion of it."

"BASIC furniture. 2 single collapsible beds pushed together to look like double! Clean enough but wall has a small patch of mold due to no tiling in shower. No door on wet-room toilet; no shower door/curtain either (we went to local shop and bought our own curtain!) En-suite nothing like pics! Rough walls painted white and sockets not finished or wired up. Food was "ok". Staff were generally polite and friendly fortunately. OK for no-frills budget short stay but not more than a few days as need more basic comforts for holiday. Haven't used the pool yet as it's across the road."

"Excellent value for money. Booked a standard double & we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view over the harbour & free mini bar (water, beers, soft drinks & snacks). The room was spacious & tastefully decorated with fridge, kettle, tea coffee. The staff were very friendly, we arrived late and were given glass of fizz on check in which was a nice touch. The hotel was fairly quiet being end of September so lots of space around the pool. The bali beds were great & always available, hotel provides pool towels. Food & drink reasonably priced for hotel, the pizza was excellent. Breakfast was great, eggs cooked fresh to order. Never had to wait for a table. Entertainment on various nights. Bus stops are right outside hotel although we didn't use public transport as we only stayed a few days but looked easy to access other resorts. Sits at the top of a slight hil, hence views,l but there are steps down to the harbour. All in all would recommend for the price paid."

"Usual scramble for the very limited sunbeds at 6.30am very very small pool for the size of the hotel. No room to swim as always packed. Aircon in room was useless . Rooms cleaned everyday and hotel clean . Entertainment poor. Not even free water at the evening meal!!!! Food basic but ok. Needs updating . Warm beer. Beach tiny and rocky . Cala Millor 10 mins bus ride away is beautiful. Harbour lovely but Benidorm vibes . Not 4* ! Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Lovely massage."

"Lots to say about hotel atolon. The pool area and bar area are lovely in the day and are its major selling point as it’s right by the sea. It’s in a great area with lots nearby too. The breakfast was ok and had plenty of choice. However, we booked this hotel and it looked small and what we wanted but when we arrived we were told we were staying in the hotel across the road. Very very misleading. The room itself was a bit small and we struggled to get a pram in and had to block the door at night just for some extra space. The room did have a broken ceiling panel and could do with an update considering it’s a 4 star hotel. Cleaning was not good, it took 8 days to get the floor cleaned and 2 attempts of asking for the bedding to be changed. The room was not also child friendly, the balcony on the bottom floor has no railings meaning we could not use it as our baby would just crawl onto stones or onto the room next doors balcony. The bar area at night is not great if you have a baby. We went most nights for a drink and were never seated and were never given a menu and it was very hard to get served and some nights we just left after not being served. Everyone else was coming in and being greeted and seated by someone and getting a menu when arriving then getting served easily, I can only think that having a baby is not who they want being there and tried to ignore us to get us to leave. We were also approached about our baby wearing a swim nappy. She had one every time and it wasn’t until the 4th day in the pool to be told about this. We then told them she had one and showed it but still very aggressive about it with us."
