Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

Stayed at the hotel on Tuesday night and forgot my prescription glasses left on the bedside table. Have rung and rung the reception over twenty times getting through once to be told that they would contact housekeeping as nothing had been handed in. Visited again on Thursday to be told the same thing, still no call or glasses found. Despite all the calls and visits communication is hard or impossible and belongings seem to just disappear.

This was my second stay at this hotel in 2months ,Loved every second of being in Liverpool and this hotel . Warm and friendly staff nothing too much trouble .on my second stay in May i decided to have evening meal on arrival which was amazing .standard and taste . was staying there with my son with special needs .staff very respectful of this .was served my evening meal by Stevie and Stas who were lovely .attentive exceptional. Hope to stay again there soon .

I would absolutely recommend this hotel while staying in Liverpool, I'm just back from a 2 day trip with my daughters for a birthday. This hotel right in the centre of everything and which is very handy there's a tesco and homebargains next door. From we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, the staff went out of there way to help from getting us food to sorting our early check in. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable this was my second stay and it definitely won't be my last. X

I stayed here for 3 nights. Booked a standard room online 1st, the room had window but it was looking at Tesco Superstore (216) so I kindly asked the hotel staff if they can upgrade me to the room with a better view. And so they did, when I came to the reception for 3rd time, however, but I got it. A receptionist, a young man with black hair (I didn’t ask his name, unfortunately) helped me and transfered me almost immediately inti the room 509 for which I am extremelly grateful to him. The room had a view of the city, the BBC 95,8 radio tower and Radio city 96,7 radio tower. The staff was kind, the room was great, breakfast was amazing. I am vegan by preference and believe me, I’ve eaten there. 😃 The kind staff prepared vegan sausages upon request (they also had vegan bacon if anyone wants that-didn’t try it though), you can have peanut bitter, sunflower spread, orange/strawberry/plum jam, soya milk for your coffee, juice, water, fruit… If I managed to eat, trust me, you will too. 🤩🤩🤩 Location is great because you’re in the centre. Wi-fi could be better because it breaks every so often. But I recommend this hotel and like Arnie says: “I’ll be back.” 😂 See you, hopefully soon, Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre 😘😃

Couldn't have been better. Stunning location beside everything yet QUIET room. Clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Late night open Tesco Express next door. Caffe Nero across the street. I would want this hotel any time I'm in the beautiful city of Liverpool.

Three night stay in Liverpool, staff were so helpful and friendly . We ate in on Friday evening and Holly our waitress was excellent, so helpful , friendly and a super host. We couldn't have asked for more . This is our third stay at Premier Inn Liverpool 1 and love coming back

Highly recommend hotel . Staff very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Food good and excellent value. Would stay here again . Central to all . Everything within walking distance Great shopping centre close by. Lots to see and do around Albert Dock Lively pubs with music . Liverpool is a great city to visit .
