Le Premier Lisbon Suites

I was on a cruise prior going to Lisbon. I tried to cancel this hotel three days before our arrival. The ship had a very poor internet connection and I wasn’t able to send the cancellation sooner. As soon as we reached land I found a place that had a good internet connection and I sent the cancellation notice. I was told the cancellation could not be done because their policy must be done 5 days or less from the arrival date. We went to the hotel and it was disgusting. There was a mattress in the hallway, we had to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the part time receptionist and when we went to the room it had two single beds that must have been there since the 19 hundreds. It was so small we had to walk sideways to get around. We realized that this was not a place we could stay in. I tried once again to ask for a refund. When my request was denied we left to go to a different hotel. Your photos and description do not represent the actual hotel. We found this very misleading and will never use or recommend your company to book a hotel. Shame on you for listing this hotel as a choice. We wouldn’t send oUr worst enemy there. Please remove my contact information from your database. I don’t want any emails sent to me by your company. I lost over $500 because you misrepresented this property.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great spot in the city with a lovely room.

Great place to stay for the night. The staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to check out later than usual. The room was cosy and clean, and breakfast was decent!

Helpful receptionist, clean room, good location

Arrived for my stay with no one to let me in building. No one answered the phone. Next day received an email with the codes to the front door and the information that the reception is open for a few hours in the afternoon. I was expecting an email to the email address I had given at time of booking with this information beforehand. Had to find other hotel to stay the night.

It was the worst place to stay ever! Whenever the hot water is turned on or I flush the toilet, there is a really loud noise! I didn't have any hot water in the shower on the first day! Most annoying. There isn't a wardrobe, only ONE shelf fixed high up on the wall; the second shelf had the room safe on it! I had to leave my clothes on the bed. A strange ring-like 'key' is used to open the doors. Haven't they heard of key cards or electronic keys via the phone??? The reception is only open from 2-4pm, not 8.00am -4pm as advertised on the website. With such problems I had, there was nobody on site to help me! I've travelled widely, but this is the first time I 've had such horrible service! This situation has even affected my impression of Lisbon. I definitely DON'T recommend the Le Premiere Lisbon Suites!

Hotel perfecto en lisboa con una relacion calidad-precio inmejorable. Es tipo apartamento sin una entrada típica de los hoteles pero con una atención al cliente espectacular. Buena situación para visitar la ciudad, habitación amplia, comoda y muy nueva con aire acondicionado, un desayuno sencillo incluido en el precio pero de calidad. Una zona de cocina comun por si te resulta necesario, que te da juego a prepararte alguna cena como en casa. Y algo muy importante la atención de la persona responsable, encantador, ayudando a que disfrutes de tu estancia, que te dispensa un trato especial de cariño, repleto de mucha amabilidad. Una estancia perfecta en lisboa. Calidad y amabilidad que mas se puede pedir. Muxhas gracias y seguro que volvemos muy pronto.

Boa relação custo-benefício para quem precisa estar nesta localização. Prédio muito antigo, fachada parece algo ruim, mas dentro está remodelado e bem bonitinho. Tudo funcionando. Cama e banho bons. Café da manhã começa muito tarde (09:00) mas é simples e bem feito! O melhor de tudo foi a recepção do Wess e das funcionárias Kevelyn e Cacau (os três brasileiros). Tudo que precisei me atenderam com muita presteza e além do esperado! Quanto ao barulho da tubulação, verdadeiramente ocorre. Mas acho que os hóspedes todos percebem que não se deve usar chuveiro mais tarde da noite e não tive incômodo. Recomendo
