Очень хороший, уютный отель, рядом с метро (что удобно - прямая линия в аэропорт!). Рядом находится знаменитый художественный Музей Гульбенкяна. В номере было всё необходимое. Очень чисто и аккуратно! Приветливый персонал. Мне и моей жене всё понравилось. Никаких нареканий! Однозначно рекомендую

C'est un système de chambre d'hôtes assez bien rodé, situé à la bouche de métro sao sebastiao, face au Corte ingles. L'accueil a été fait en français et par un hôte très sympathique et agréable. La chambre était très grande. La salle de bain, bien que jolie et très propre était difficile à fermer à l'aide du crochet installé. Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner plutôt bien fourni, il y avait de tout en quantité. Un temps de pause très agréable à Lisbonne.

Home from home, the team think of everything. They are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous, room was clean and comfortable, special treat left every day after it was serviced. Free tea, coffee and home made cake available every evening, really nice touch. The room has a lot of space, walk in wardrobe and modern bathroom. Even had a fridge to keep our drinks cold. They very kindly stored our bags on our last day so we didn’t have to keep them with us all day. The hotel is right next to the tube station (exit 6) so easy access to all the city but we walked a lot which is a great way to see everything. Only 2 things - could do with a couple more hooks in the bathroom (an observation not a criticism) and traffic and aircraft noise is loud but double glazing is excellent and cuts it out, we just like the windows open!!! But it’s a city centre hotel so what can you expect. Thank you Feeling Eduardo for giving us the perfect place to stay ☺️

This hotel doesn't deserve such good reviews. The room we got was small, dark and stuffy with no proper window and no A/C, despite description on Tripadvisor. The only window opens to a small niche so there was absolutely no way to cool off the room and it was 89F in Lisbon. Hot and sweaty we spent a sleepless night, before an 8 hour flight home. Furniture in room is old and worn, a tiny wardrobe don't have a single shelf to unpack. Very basic breakfast. For $125/night you can do much better. Don't recommend.

Lovely 4 days away. Stayed in 2 different rooms due to booking through a package and then through a booking company. Both rooms were lovely. Hosts were so welcome and so accommodating. Left little treats every morning when they cleaned the rooms. Breakfast was simple but lovely . Always plenty of continental food available. Tea and coffee available all day and night as no kettle etc in room but this was no problem. Right next to the subway and ideal location to start the day off walking places. If you want a few days away with lovely clean rooms and staff ate helpful then definitely recommend this hotel x Thanks for the welcome and stay.x

Fabulous location, steps to subway and the beautiful park. Room was huge, bed comfortable and the host went out of his way to make us welcome and cater to our schedule. We had to leave prior to breakfast being served and he was kind enough to make us a sandwich to enjoy prior to departure.....way above expected. Private bathroom a bit small but more than adequate, well sticked and clean as a whistle. Just doesn't get better!!

Charming little hotel in a residential building right next to Sao Sebastiao metro (super convenient from airport and and easy walk or bus/metro into the old town). Beautifully appointed, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included, perfectly clean, generous touches like a little complimentary jug of port and two glasses when we got back from a day out. We had an enormous sunny room with a balcony. Only downside is the plumbing is old and noisy.

We visited Portugal for our 40th anniversary and stayed at this Bed & Breakfast for our first city .... Lisbon. Feeling Eduardo VII was amazing, and We'd recommend it to everyone! Nuno and Anna (the hosts while we were there) were quite welcoming and made us feel so at home! The room was quite large and beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable! We had delicious breakfasts, and Nuno/Anna always had coffee, tea, fruit and sweets available 24 hours a day for the enjoyment of the guests and even left treats in our room! They were also quite helpful on things to do and how to get to those places in the city! The location was perfect as well......right beside the metro and across the street from a huge indoor mall that was fun to visit and had tons of nice restaurants in which to eat dinner! This was an amazing place to stay!

Since I like to be thorough, here's a list of the pros and cons of our stay at Feeling Eduardo VII... Plus points: *Hosts Nuno and Ana Paula are very helpful and friendly, offering advice and recommendations and promptly getting you anything you need. *Location, location, location! With the San Sebastião metro literally right outside the front door, the hotel was perfectly placed for us when catching the red line from the airport direct to the hotel and when leaving Lisbon from Santa Apolónia railway station, which is the last stop on the blue line. Almost all of the city-centre sights you'll want to see are served by the blue line as well, and even if not, there are easy connections to the green and yellow lines, trams, trains and buses. *Breakfast is a simple but generous spread of cereals, breads, spreads, fruit, yoghurt, ham and cheese, with tea, coffee, water and freshly squeezed orange juice. You can also ask for eggs to be prepared for you. Everything is fresh and tasty. The dining room/lounge also has tea/coffee, cake and biscuits available for free 24/7. *There is lift access up to the 2nd floor, but note that you still have to lug your bags up a short see of stairs to get to the lift. *The rooms come with a bar fridge (not a minibar, just a fridge to store your own dunks etc. in), a fan and mechanical exterior window blinds for privacy and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also stocked with very nice toiletries - shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hand lotion. *On arrival and every day after that when returning to our room we found a little surprise waiting for us, from fruit and sweets to local wine. This was an unexpected touch and very much appreciated. A fresh carafe of water is provided every day as well. Downsides: *There were a few issues in our room (Duque d'Ávila). Generally, there were quite a few signs of wear and tear - a broken cupboard door handle, the water-damaged base on the inside of the bathroom door et al. Cleanliness was also a bit patchy, including again in the bathroom, where clearly the cleaner never fully closes the door to check whether it needs cleaning behind it. The cupboard was also quite small and awkwardly placed, and the room could have done with some hooks or similar on the walls for coats. The bathroom could do with a hook or two more for towels as well. And on both sides of the bed, only one of the two power points worked, so you had to choose between having the lamp switched on (quite a wobbly lamp on quite a wobbly table, incidentally) or charging devices. *The hotel is in a residential building and had been cobbled together from what I presume was originally a number of apartments. This means that everything opens up from one long corridor and the walls are quite thin. Since our room was almost directly opposite Reception and not far from the front door, we heard every conversation and every opening and (especially) closing of the front door, starting from about 7.00 am. Had a wonderful stay at Feeling Eduardo. Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were attentive and offered advice to where to go and umbrellas on the rainy day. Amazing homemade cake and refreshments on offer in dining room throughout the day. And really appreciated the extra touch of a little treat left in the room each day when we returned, especially the port and an ice cold beer. Would recommend and certainly come back again.
