Great hotel, easy to get to. Awesome swimming pool. Room was neat and clean. Only down side was no parking

10min walk to Flinders Street Station free tram zone. Amenities well provided for and of good quality. Beds were comfortable and had sufficient space. Check in staff was very friendly. Will book again!

Great location. Lovely swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was given a room with an interconnecting door, with poor soundproofing, so I could hear every footstep, every switch and persistent coughing from next door.

Managed to get a free upgrade to an apartment on a higher floor after putting a request when we checked in. Room is spacious and super clean. Even comes with washing machine and dryer. Loved our stay here!

Great property and as described. The only thing is they should be clearer regarding their parking policy as we believed it was free but were hit with a $35 per day fee. The same parking lot offers online pre paid for only $16 per day

Good place to stay

I traveled for ten days and stayed in St Kilda, Southbank and CBD. I compared them and shared with you. Among all the hotels, the service of this hotel is relatively good. All the needs are met, and slippers are also provided. I think some other hotels can't do this at all. And because there is a cafe downstairs, it has a certain appeal to people like me who are in a hurry to go out. In addition, the facilities are relatively new, the sockets have USB interfaces, and there is also a microwave. However, first, the shower in this hotel is not easy to use. I happened to encounter a leaking one. I don't like mobile showers. There is no place to put them. The whole room is sprayed. I know some people like them, but for me, this hotel is so difficult to use. Second, the air is not circulated. Although the windows of the hotels I stayed in were almost impossible to open, this one was the most stuffy. I almost wanted to leave as soon as I moved in. Third, don't live in Southbank! The geographical location gave me a very bad experience. I hate Southbank the most among the three places I have lived in. I thought the atmosphere would be better if it was close to the Art Center, but it turned out that there were traffic all around, and it was not very convenient to go anywhere. This location is a bit similar to LIC. I personally don't like LIC (but I love Manhattan), so you can make an analogy. I think this hotel is a bit mediocre, you can stay there or not.
