This hotel is in a great location, and the staff was outstanding! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Linz. The hotel is very clean. I had a few special request for my room which were accommodated without any pushback. I felt very welcome and would definitely return.

What a miserable hotel. Booked 5 nights and left after 3 nights. Location was great. Rooms okay. But the staff!! Really need training in customer service. Appalling service. On Check in not a word, but just a piece of paper shoved at us to complete. Young girl with black hair had serious attitude problem. Next morning went down to have breakfast. Just totally ignored. Older guy with pony tail made eye contact and turned his back on us. Seemed more interested chatting with receptionist. Do we wait to be seated or just sit somewhere? No idea. Like I said just ignored. We went elsewhere to get food. In the 3 days we stayed there not once were we spoken to. Stay elsewhere, where you may get a bit of service or something. We have spent 6 months in the last 18 months travelling around Europe. Never experienced anything like it. Shocking hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location for me to walk to all of the Chris**as markets, which was the reason for my trip. The staff was very nice and the single room was comfy. I even had my own balcony! Would definitley recommend

bit late review was last summer but couldn't go back then Stayed there for one night during our last summer trip drove there, was bit hard finding the parking spot but eventually found it was clear. parking access to room wasnt nice you go through the kitchen and between the cooking smell and staff sitting there smoking check in smooth with nice lobby small elevator and busy all the time. room was nice spacious comfy nice bed location is very good as well

We stayed for 1 night for a theatre visit. Check in was efficient and friendly (we were a bit early, but they accommodated us very well). Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Outside was noisy, but the windows kept the noise out. Breakfast was great

Very ok hotel for a few days in Linz. The hotel is on a pedestrian street very close to the city center (6 minutes or less). Very good parking places, very good beds, nice restaurants (the one from the ground floor and the one from the roof top). The roof top is a must, especially at sun set.

Arrived to a friendly receptionist who checked us in. The room was very spacious, clean and modern with a unique stonework in the corner around a bathroom area which was very cool! Didn’t eat or drink here but it was full of guests inside and outside. Location was great and very close to the sights of Linz as well as bars and restaurants. Would stay here again if we’re passing through.
