Really nice resort. Staff was great, restaurant was good, nice bar and the villas are perfect. A bit far from the airport but it’s all highway and just 1h by didi. We’ll come back

Everything was fine, calm and relaxing, breakfast is well prepared and assorted, just the cleanliness of outdoor swimming pool shall be improved and some tiles were detached

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

Excellent service and great Villa. Amenities for everyone. Kids loved the pool and clean beach. Very good breakfast and a very decent burger as pastas available.

I adored the resort layout, the beach was sublime and my villa was heaven. Perfect place for relaxation and chill time. Hotel’s service was good and Ms Zhang was very helpful. Unfortunately not all restaurants were open and the one that was, operated a limited menu. The spa was lovely. The surrounds and lavish villas make this a worthwhile stay though - recommend!

The hotel itself boasts a nice location, grounds were overall well maintained with the exception of the second pool which needed a bit of maintenance. The rooms though spacious were a little dated, aircon leaked. There aren’t any western restaurants around the venue and unfortunately no food was available during our stay because of the epidemic situation. The pools at the villa were clean.

Unfortunately due the current covid restrictions, I was not able to try out any of the amenities as they were all closed. The hotel itself was lovely, the villa was spacious and I was assisted by a friendly receptionist Nancy. As the restaurant was closed, it would have been helpful if the hotel had at least provided alternatives for dining.

This time, I had a great experience staying at the Junlan Resort Villa in Xiangshui Bay! The villa design is great, the living density is low, the space is large, and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. I felt very comfortable and cool as soon as I entered the house. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they responded to every request. The housekeeper Xiao Li's service was meticulous and warm. The children's club has a wealth of experience courses every day, and the children are very happy. The hotel's exclusive beach is also very good, with few people and clean. The restaurant is even more delicious and cost-effective! My husband joked that it is just a little older than Capella and the design sense is not so strong, but it is definitely a top comfortable hotel in Hainan! The family's vacation was very enjoyable! Next time I come to Lingshui, I will choose here again!

Very satisfied ~ I was very satisfied when I came here once before! I came again ~ Hahahahahaha The environment and service are amazing ~ The 88-meter large swimming pool is really beautiful! It is very convenient to drive by yourself. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Sanya or Wanning ~ The room has its own swimming pool very good! I will go again ~!

The hotel is like a garden, all villas, with many plants and small animals, but it does not affect the stay experience. The swimming pool in the villa would be better if it was blue. It would be better if the check-in time could be advanced.

The room is very clean and private, very suitable for family vacation. There are various vegetation in the hotel, wax apple, mango tree, and very beautiful bougainvillea and bird of paradise. 24-hour butler service, everything is very timely, and the shuttle bus is also very convenient. The beach is also very beautiful, I will choose Junlan next time if I have the chance.

During the crowded Golden Week of May Day nationwide, Junlan in Perfume Bay gave me a comfortable vacation. The almost customized private beach, fine sand and blue sea, warm service, especially the waiters in the breakfast restaurant, took the trouble to help bring food to the Chinese restaurant on the other floor again and again because we had to wait in line for a long time. I forgot to ask her name. The lady with short bob hair had a very good attitude. The hotel should give her a chicken drumstick! Back to the hotel, the overall design is reasonable, the battery car has almost 0 waiting, the room service is on call, the travel photography provided by the hotel is also good, and there are local specialties for breakfast. What impressed me most was the first day of check-in. The aromatherapy in the bathroom was very charming. It was specially prepared by the hotel. I forgot to buy it when I checked out. I'd like to consider choosing this one next time I go to Hainan.
