"This B&B-style hotel is located in the Hejing Tinglan residential complex in Li'an Town, adjacent to a building under construction and a fenced-off area. Our room was on the 9th floor, facing the ocean. The view was breathtaking and breathtaking. The building is relatively new, and the amenities appear to be new, but many of the appliances are unknown or off-brand. Those with sensitive skin may experience constant sneezing when using the air conditioner. Transportation is convenient, as it's right on the Hainan Ring Road. The service was quite poor. The room wasn't cleaned until after 2:00 PM on our check-in day. The next day, we scheduled a cleaning appointment, but they were so busy they forgot to do it because the room was fully booked. Furthermore, the curtains didn't block out any light, and the room was bright after sunrise around 6:00 or 7:00 PM, making it difficult to sleep in or get up late. Furthermore, the master bedroom bathroom's drain wasn't draining properly, and there was a suspicion of damage. Construction was also underway in the room during our stay, and the drilling noise was quite noisy. Those who are bothered by noise and light should exercise caution."

"We stayed on the 19th floor of the Listening to the Sea Building this time. The room offered a beautiful, expansive sea view, and there was no musty or damp smell. Upon entering, there's a tatami room that the kids absolutely loved. The bedroom was a bit small; once the king-sized bed was in, there was barely any room to walk on the other side. The bathroom was also a bit cramped, with no windows, which felt a bit stuffy. The hotel's water park had a tall slide and a bubble party, which the kids enjoyed the most. However, you had to pay extra to feed the animals in the petting zoo. Other than that, there weren't many free family activities, so the hotel could definitely offer more in terms of family entertainment. The public areas of the hotel weren't particularly well-designed; the seaside coconut grove lacked a grassy area. Still, for the price, it offered excellent value for money."

"Highly recommend this place! The environment is comfortable and pleasant, clean and tidy, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere overall. The room sanitation is exceptionally well done; even the corners are spotless, and the air is fresh with no strange odors. The facilities are complete and modern, very convenient to use, making for a highly comfortable stay. The service is warm and thoughtful, genuinely friendly, and the check-in process was very enjoyable. The location is excellent, convenient for both sightseeing and getting around, offering great value for money and an amazing experience! The owner is very nice and helpful with any issues. It's very close to the beach, and there's a night market right outside in the evening, making food, drinks, and entertainment all very accessible."
