Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of choice for breakfast - well worth the cost, the kids loved it and it kept us fuelled for lots of walking and sightseeing. Pros: breakfast is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apar**ent was clean (except carpets). Next to a busy road but couldn’t hear it much at all. Walkable to city centre and train stations. Cons: apar**ent was clean but the carpets were very very stained! Could hear loud talking from apar**ent next door - I assume they had opened their windows so they could smoke? Not sure. Stopped well before bedtime anyway so didn’t keep us up.

Fair hotel within walking distance to the town centre. It appears to be going through a bit of a refresh - which is needed as some of the carpets are dirty and worn. Once these items are updated - I think it will be a decent hotel.

Was a bit concerned with the reviews before travelling to the RWC as this hotel was part of a package and so we had to stay here but having stayed I can say I would return our experience was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean plenty of space complete with hob full fridge microwave and air con unit. The bed was comfortable. Parking is 9.50 euros a night. 5-10 minutes walk to the metro 2 stops you are in the centre or a 30minute walk. Breakfast comprised of continental that you expect in France plus scrambled eggs bacon and sausage or you could boil your own egg. All in all good stay lovely welcome.

Really annoyed that I couldn't open the windows or balcony door to get fresh air, and they had used some kind of spray or powder on the carpet and it was so pungent that I struggled to breath.
there was no bar or beer for sale either.

No flat sheet on the bed, just a comforter and it was too hot to use it. I had to request a flat sheet which was porvided. The carpet in the hall way full of stains, need to be changed.

Room was not very clean and when requesting a clean up was told its only cleaned once a week , i had to keep requesting clean towels and equipment daily as there was no house keeping
