設施：全屋智能，小度小度很可愛哈哈哈哈。床墊枕頭很舒服！電梯也很乾凈。走廊上都鋪了地毯，行李箱走過很靜音！
衞生：算是比較乾淨的了
環境：就在明主路老街裏面，樓下就有徐鳳芹大嘴巴，左心房、鹽河巷、隴海步行街離的都算近的
服務：前台小姐姐很温柔～
很棒的一次住宿！

很高級很實惠，和男朋友去連雲港玩，離鹽河巷很近很方便，裝修也很好，全屋智能，很喜歡，下次去連雲港還會選擇。

對連雲港這個城市沒有什麼瞭解，自駕路過。
在攜程上看評價選了這家，也是通過這家客棧陰差陽錯走入老街，知道了海州這個名字。
整個客棧真實如圖充滿了民國風情和所在的街區融為一體值得遊玩。裏面的博物館看看也挺有意思的。
凌晨抵達，前台升級了房間。
作為客棧裏面設施良好，配了電動窗簾智能音箱做中控。
洗手間沒有反味。床品清潔。
再路過連雲港首選依然會是這裏。

房屋很乾凈，沒有異味，被子床單非常乾淨，有智能馬桶，智能小度，支持送外賣，設施齊全，老闆人特別好，很熱情。酒店位置也很便利，距離高鐵站非常近，點外賣喝奶茶海底撈也超級方便，裝修很有民國特色，有年代感，下次來了還會選擇！

酒店外觀跟老街是一樣的民國風，拍照很出片
入住登記的時候前台主動免費幫忙升級了房型，這點非常好評
因為是今年新裝修的酒店，房間內的傢俱都很新，採光也不錯，可惜忘拍圖了，可以看一下商家自己上傳的圖片，基本沒有差異
每天阿姨都會來打掃並且重新鋪床並且補滿日用品跟水
從高鐵站出來打車5分鐘就能到酒店，而且酒店位置在老街裏面，下樓就是老街的路口，走兩個路口就能出老街打車，而且離公交站也不遠，非常方便
以後再來連雲港的話，還是會選擇住在這裏的

前台幫我們免費升級房間，體驗感太好了，所以非常超值，設施設備全都非常新，硬件都很棒，語音控制，電視也很大，大床房空間寬敞。住的太舒服了所以連着住了三天。院子也可以安全停車。

首先，位置非常好，出門一拐彎就到民主路了，到隴海路步行街也不遠。其次，環境很好，具有民國風。房間衞生好，卧具舒服，衞生間有智能馬桶。值得稱道的是服務好，幫着住客洗衣服，烘乾了送回，太感動了。
