Customer service was rude and guys in the room were telling housekeeper and others that I was smoking ****. I could hear then complain all night. Very unpleasant nights. I asked to move but they did not care about guest satisfaction at all.

It is clearly marked as a 4-person room, but there are only 3 bath towels in the on-site bathroom.
