Saya merasa kebersihan dan keamanan hotel berada di atas dan di luar untuk epidemi saat ini; Saya merasa sangat aman. Saya juga menghargai bagaimana hotel mengakomodasi check-in saya yang sangat terlambat karena saya mengemudi lebih dari 8 jam untuk mencapai tujuan.

Our first room we were checked in to had duct tape over the broken floor, the bathroom sink/faucet was not clean (crusty, hair, streaks) the phone in the room had some kind of substance on it and there was a weird smell.
When I asked if there was another room available the FD moved us to the room next door. While it was not as bad, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, there was hair and other stains on the toilet and lid, the sink faucet had brown crusty stuff on it and the floor was not swept or vacuumed.
I had Clorox wipes and cleaned all the surfaces and bathroom before using it.
The beds were very hard.
The pool was not available because the filters were not working to clean the pool and the gym was closed. We would not stay here again.

The Hotel is nice in general. Room was clean. The pool area/hot tub however was not pleasant at all. There was a weird smell coming out of the hot tub. And the pool looked not clean at the bottom. Overall it's nice but if you're looking for a nice dip, maybe not.

I cannot sleep. I can’t ignore the smell of the air, the smell of the pool, the assorted smells in each passageway. This hotel needs a reno. Will not stay here again.

I am thankful that budget friendly hotels are still available. Yes the room had its imperfections but for the price I couldn't be more happy.
