We bought a voucher for a 2-night wellness package. The hotel was closed for two months of the eligible time due to covid however they showed no flexibility in extending the deadline of the voucher. Throughout the whole process we never received an email reply with more than two sentences. When we finally made the trip the wellness of the hotel was closed (!!) due to construction work. Apparently, no need to mention this when one books a stay. Also while we were there staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Food is rather overpriced for what it is. Don't go there if you can avoid it! Also the hotel is next two a big road and an electricity grid runs over it. You can hear both throughout the night. Def not going back. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung, sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Gutes Frühstück und feines Essen. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für schöne und abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge. Wir buchten das Hotel via Hotelcard, grosszügiges Angebot!

Wir können das Restaurant und das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Das Personal und auch die Besitzerin hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst und bedient. Wir hatten ein Duplex-Zimmer für unsere 4-köpfige Familie gebucht. Da unsere Söhne gross gewachsen sind, und das Bettsofa zu eng war für beide, wurde uns zum gleichen Preis, ein 2tes Zimmer angeboten. Wir haben dieses enorm geschätzt. Den Wellnessbereich wurde nur für uns Vier reserviert. So konnte wir alles in aller Ruhe geniessen. Der Wellnessraum wunderschön "stimmig" dekoriert, sogar die leise Musik fehlte nicht. Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstückbuffet war top. herzlichen Dank nochmals für Alles. Das Hotel ist topgelegen.
