The hotel manager went above and beyond to help a guest that lost her bag Miss Carmen sent her employee to pick up the guest suitcase that was delivered to another hotel , her kindness and professionalism were very much appreciated. The hotel was very nice!!!!

Stayed here on the Camino. A little out of Padron (1.3km) but well worth the detour. Beautifully appointed, large, comfortable rooms with balconies. We had a seperate lounge room which was great for sitting back and relaxing. Receptionist was most pleasant and helpful.

We were hiking the Camino and stayed a night. There were 10 of us in 5 rooms. It was the nicest accommodations we had. The food was healthy and delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. The gardens and pool are beautiful and the common areas are very comfortable. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying.

This is a very cozy and comfortable place that is well decorated. The beds and sheets are so comfortable and the whole place smells amazingly good- like vanilla. The dinner that was included was home cooked and very tasty. The staff were all friendly and kind. I can’t recommend this guest house enough. If you visit, be sure to see the aviary and walk around the beautifully landscaped property.

Very accommodating, fun and friendly place to take my tour groups. I have stayed there many times with my groups and the food is excellent, everything is perfectly clean and the staff are great. The rooms are lovely and everything works well.

In my opinion not worth the detour. A very pretty place to look at, but when you look a bit closer it is somewhat shabby. I travel as a single traveller and as such I sometimes have to make allowances for the rooms (even though I pay a single person supplement). The room I had was a little low for my 6 Feet inch height, I hit my head every time I moved. As for the food, I did not see nor was I given a menu or price list. I had a simple meal which was edible but nothing special. I asked for a glass of wine and was given a small bottle. When I asked for the bill I was given a hand written piece of paper and was charged 36 euros. When I asked what certain things were I was told that the wine was 10 euros and that I was also being charged 2 euros for the bread that was on the table when I sat down. Not worth making a detour, I certainly would not return.

There were flies in our bedroom, long black hairs in bathroom and on bedding and peeling wallpaper. No bar and limited food menu. We wanted two glasses of wine but were told we had to order a bottle of wine with no wine menu and no prices. The food was okay but basic. Very disappointing especially given their advertising. Do not recommend.

Como peregrino llegue al hotel después de caminar 14 millas. Fui recibido con rudeza y groserías por la manager. No se justifican. El cuarto espacioso no tenía toalla, no había ascensor, el baño libraba, las plumeria de la ducha estaban maltratadas y le faltaban piezas. Lo peor es que el sia de ventilación era tan ruidoso que no dejaba dormir. Tengo grabaciones si alguno desea escucharlas I am american pilgrim that arrived after 14 mile walk. The manager/hostess that greeted us was rude and unfriendly. She lacks empathy to deal with a hospitality business. The room was spacious and clean. However no towels, leaky toilet, damaged faucet in the shower. The worst was a noise air aconditioning system that did not allow me to sleep. I have a recording of someone wants to hear it. This is an unfriendly hotel please avoid it

We ate in the restaurant this pm. This was by far the worst experience of the Camino. The “ grilled vegetables “ were stewed - a few peas and carrots. It was impossible to tell the difference between the prawn and ham croquette as neither contained either prawns or ham. The hake and French fries were microwaved!! Impossible to eat. Plates were returned almost full but no questions were asked from staff as to why food had not been eaten. Desserts were ok - nothing spectacular - very small slices. The above plus a small bottle of white wine cost 63 euro This was by far the most expensive meal to date on what has been a wonderful trip. On average 30 euros has been paid for spectacular food for two This was a total rip off
