For the price you can't really ask for more. Check in was easy, the bed and pillows were comfy, the area was quiet, the shower was really good, the service was friendly, breakfast was unlimited as an optional extra, the bar and lounge were great, plenty of parking.

We needed overnight accommodation in the area to deal with some family business. This Premier Inn is perfectly located with ample parking. We checked inn early and the room was comfy. It is located on one of the arterial roads outside Leicester so it was convenient for driving into Leicester. It’s close to the Fosse Retail Park too and at £50 on a Sunday night it was excellent value (it’s 3 times that mid week) We’d gladly use this hotel again.

The staff are the most friendliest people and makes the hotel more homely! Anything you need the staff will help you, the rooms are very clean and got extra space for cloths which is handy! Everything is easy access and disabled friendly which makes things more manageable when struggling to get about, Overall I rate this hotel 10/10.

Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect for what we needed it for. Ellie & Alex couldn’t do enough for us. As a disabled person staying away can be a struggle but our room and size of the disabled bathroom was great too. Quick check in, great parking facilities for disabled access.

Dreadful! Premier Inn has built its business model on consistency, same quality across its portfolio. This place needs a refurbishment. The staff are lovely, but from dirty bathroom, to damaged units, mouldy windows - this is dreadful. Truly depressing & overpriced.

This unfortunately is the worst Premier Inn I have stayed at and it's really sad because it is nothing like I have experienced within a Premier Inn before. There are simply not enough staff on in the evening to fulfill customer demand. The receptionist appears to be fulfilling all roles including reception, bar and waiting on tables. It takes a long time to be checked in at reception as a result. On both evenings I have been seated fairly quickly at dinner but then have had a very long wait for my order to be taken. On the 2nd evening, I asked for a glass of wine with my main meal, and it turned up 30 mins later. Suffice to say I was already leaving the restaurant, not having eaten my main meal. The joining doors appear to be difficult as many guests were stranded and unable to open the joining doors. On one occasion, my card didn't work, and I had a 20-minute wait at reception to rectify it. The rooms are very dated and cold. The heating switches itself off after 10 minutes and never reached over 17 degrees. There is no double glazing, and as I was in room 333, which appears to be back onto a main road, it's very loud. There is also a sensor in my room where a camera-flash type light flashes every minute. I need to stay a further night in Leicester but suffice to say I will pack up and find another hotel

Food was really good, maddi and the staff was really polite and helpful, I would recommend staying here, the rooms was ok not perfect, the tv could of been a little bit bigger, the car park is tight for a work van, it is very clean and tidy, I would recommend staying here

Friendly staff accommodating nothing is to much trouble always happy to help great customer service . Nice food plenty of choice great service . Menu has a lot of different choices always fresh and hot Always clean and tidy staff quick to clear away tables , it’s very handy we can walk from our house it’s a great local place
