+ Nice location (near Bus stop) + big room - no water in room - too little light

We had a good stay at the hotel, the location was convenient as the bus stop to Mont st Michel is right outside of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the stay was great value as the accommodation on the island would be more expensive and less roomy. The only regret was that toiletries were limited.

The hotel location is very convenient only 5 minutes walk from bus station and have shuttle bus to Mont Saint Michel in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean with reasonable price.

A basic hotel which was fairly empty when I went. However, the walls are so thin I could still hear the people next door. The service desk workers were nice enough. However, the restaurant attached to the hotel was full of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. The lady who ‘hosted’ during breakfast was the worst. She scoffed and then turned around to make nasty comments about me to her coworker in French because I didn’t understand her the first time. Then the waiter for the restaurant during dinner made sure to keep me waiting and looked like he didn’t want to serve me. I know it’s the restaurant not the hotel - but they’re attached! The hotel should be taking liability. It’s a tourist hotel so obviously they have foreigner customers! It’s not worth it.

Restaurant services were poor, other than that its a pretty basic hotel, the hotel didnt really live up to the Mercure name.

Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, no bad smell. People are helpful. The food from the hotel restaurant was great!

Basic room but very clean, reception staff is great, we visited on the day when the Olympic Torch was passing through so there were special arrangements for parking and shuttles, but it was well-explained upon check-in. Note: if you’re arriving by car you need an access code from the hotel to enter the gates to the hotel zone, if you book through trip.com the hotel will not email you directly, remember to contact the hotel for the code after you book.

An extremely bad experience! You can’t drive in unless you get the parking code and contact the hotel before arriving the hotel, which we complete didnt know and I have to park the car outside and want ten minutes to the reception to get the code! The reception lady’s attitude is very bad as well and not that helpful! Have a smell inside the lobby although the room is tidy! Breakfast is just normal stuff, not worth to eat there! Don’t make a wrong reservation and have to ensure the date are correct since the hotel won’t let you change immediately after making payment and you have to book for another day and pay again even you email the hotel, which made me very angry!! Overall speaking, a ******* bad experience there.

Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant. The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.

Mercure Mont Saint Michel is conveniently located 1.5 mile from the main attraction. Room was small but good enough for a one night stay. Overall the space was clean and free parking was available. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel .

地理位置好，前往聖米歇爾山的免費接駁車站以及前往蓬託爾松火車站的付費巴士都在酒店門口，且前往庫埃農河大壩步行也可以。住該酒店可一早一晚朝聖很方便。客房足夠大、乾淨，乾濕分離，除了喝水、刷牙衹有紙杯、也無拖鞋，其他無毛病。酒店周邊有數家餐廳，豐儉隨心。
