An extremely bad experience! You can’t drive in unless you get the parking code and contact the hotel before arriving the hotel, which we complete didnt know and I have to park the car outside and want ten minutes to the reception to get the code! The reception lady’s attitude is very bad as well and not that helpful! Have a smell inside the lobby although the room is tidy! Breakfast is just normal stuff, not worth to eat there!
Don’t make a wrong reservation and have to ensure the date are correct since the hotel won’t let you change immediately after making payment and you have to book for another day and pay again even you email the hotel, which made me very angry!!
Overall speaking, a ****ing bad experience there.

Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant.
The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.

Mercure Mont Saint Michel is conveniently located 1.5 mile from the main attraction. Room was small but good enough for a one night stay. Overall the space was clean and free parking was available. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel .

停車費是平，但要先取密碼入去就太煩，你要搵識英文的人幫你打電話，但最重要問完 佢比左另一面密碼…最終都入唔到有附近人幫手叫職員開閘😂 但6蚊 泊24小時 忍下佢啦，房間普通，早餐普通，晚餐記住先訂位

酒店地理位置非常好，距離去聖米希爾山的接駁巴士站就在酒店門口，每12分鐘一班接駁車
房間外面提供免費飲用水，可以節省相當多的礦泉水費用，尤其歐洲一瓶礦泉水要2-3歐
酒店距離網紅拍照點，走路約25分鐘，慢慢欣賞風景走過去也不遠，建議一大早過去，人非常少隨意拍照
酒店的餐廳在小鎮上很有名，尤其羊肉，餐廳衹有晚上7點開始營業，必須提早預訂，經常客滿

房間很大，衞生間和淋浴間分開的，但是生態環境太好了會有些蚊蟲。我們住在一樓，出門吃飯或者去景點都很方便，門口走兩步就是景點免費巴士的站點。就是開門還是用鑰匙有一些原始了。但是整體體驗還是很舒服的，推薦。但是不算免費停車，酒店雖然不收費，但是景區出門還是收錢的。早餐是16歐一個人。
