Premier Inn Telford International Centre

Good location clean & tidy

While our first night was bliss, only when he asked for a room clean after we would be out for most of the day, was it poor because we would have appreciated coming back to a fresh room but we got back to the same rubbish and unclean towels that needed washing. Sane with booking an extra night. It wasn't done there and then, which left us unsettled because we didn't know if we would have to pack and check in again if not.

Great location, a bit of a walk from the designated car park and lots of steps to negotiate up to reception on the 1st floor. Receptionist very helpful and polite, room dated (who still has bath tub showers these days?) but clean. Unable to open a window to let fresh air in, which seems to be the case on many modern high rise hotels these days. Slept really well, the odd noise from noisy ****** making way back to rooms at night. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn standard, I didn't get the blank look that i usually get from 90% of hotels when you ask for the Porridge! All in all, okay. Just a standard, dated Premier inn.

Friendly and efficient checking-in staff, they provided all the information I needed. Room had a bath and shower combination which was great for me as I love being able to take a relaxing bath. Beds were clean and comfortable and a great height and we're very comfortable. The air conditioning control was a life saver for me due to the hot weather as I was able to sleep well in the cool. Breakfast was easy to access and choose from. Location was good for walking to from the train station - also located in the heart of shop and cafes an 5 minutes to the international centre for events.

We stayed for two nights for our Sons Graduation, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful, cleaners did a wonderful job , lovely clean comfortable room. Breakfast was beautifully cooked ! Best we have had ( don’t usually like pre cooked /help yourself) Excellent location for shops & restaurants Would definitely recommend Thank you to everyone working so hard at the hotel!

Great location near the conference centre and a good choice of restaurants nearby. Nice clean well equipped room with comfortable bed.

Add buffet breakfast and ordered cooked breakfast. Cooked breakfast came out really quickly so got cold as we were still eating our cereal. This happened with all customers having breakfast. They need to give time for customers to complete their buffet breakfast first. Otherwise a 5 for service

Travelled to Telford for a catch up with an old friend this hotel seemed like a good central location and it was. There are lots of restaurants under neath the hotel and the town square with the fountain is very scenic and nice. The room was perfectly fine and very clean. The Bed was very comfy. I was most wowed by the staffs service Cj was very pleasant. I ate in the restaurant with my friend in the evening unfortunately there was only one vegan option the Tomato Linguine which I didn’t fancy so I just had chips. I would stay again I had a nice stay the breakfast was fine vegan sausages too. the two girls working very hard one of them was pregnant were very lovely

I had high expectations for the hotel, we stayed over when there was a big show on at the international centre so the prices were massively inflated. Upon arrival there was no one on reception and you could walk right in off the street into the hallways, which is a big safety concern. We checked ourselves in and went to the room, the room was ok at best and the bed was appalling, a rock hard bed that put me on the sick the following work day with back ache like never before. The shower trickled out when on full and when I went to reception to let the staff know about these issues there was no one to be seen. Pushing the bell made no difference so I had to call it a night. I have asked for the good night guarantee to be put into place so we shall see if that is honoured or not. For a hotel in the city centre I was very disappointed, especially with the price inflation of almost £115 for 1 night.
