Setelah menginap di Encore, saya rasa saya tidak bisa menginap di tempat lain! Saya sudah pergi ke Vegas sejak saya berusia 5 tahun dan telah melihat perubahan drastis yang dialami kota ini selama 4 dekade terakhir. Saya sudah menginap di setiap hotel di kawasan itu dan entah bagaimana saya menghindari Encore hingga saat ini karena saya pikir lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kawasan itu. Namun, Encore sekarang menjadi hotel favorit saya di Las Vegas. Kamarnya sangat nyaman dan luas dengan pemandangan Sphere yang indah. Saya bisa memeriksa semuanya dari tablet di kamar dan membuat reservasi dalam beberapa menit. Anda dapat melakukan semuanya di Wynn/Encore. Tempat ini tidak terlalu ramai seperti Bellagio dengan tamu yang tidak menginap datang dan pergi. Suasananya lebih privat dengan tamu yang menginap di hotel dan sebagian besar orang-orang berkelas. Semua yang ada di dalamnya dibangun dengan presisi dan kenyamanan bagi tamu untuk masuk dan keluar kamar untuk masa inap yang nyaman. Baik itu pergi ke kolam renang, bermain game, bersantap, berjalan kaki ke Wynn, bertaruh pada buku olahraga - semuanya sangat nyaman. Bagi saya, cara kita menghabiskan waktu berkualitas lebih berharga daripada uang yang mungkin kita menangkan. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi pada kunjungan saya berikutnya.

Everything at Encore was far above our expectations. The property, the staff, the room, the view, the pool(s), the multiple restaurants and endless luxury shops means that you never have to leave. You actually don’t want to leave because the world outside is not nearly as nice. Special shout out to Tableau restaurant for lunch. What a beautiful place and wonderful staff.

The hotel is a beautiful luxurious resort. Located close to Wynn Hotel and walking distance to the mall. Our room is located on the 33rd floor and we had a view of the Sphere. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent, stocked with plenty of soap and towels.

This is for our honeymoon and when we told to the front desk, the staff arranged the 29/F for us with Sphere view immediately, she also offered $100 breakfast coupons at The Buffet in Wynn. The Buffet is amazing. Truly thankful to those special offers. Encore is super luxury, very good service, helpful staff, we had booked day tour during our stay in Vegas and they even walked with us to the pickup point. Nothing to be complained! Definitely my first choice if I will go to Vegas again.

Great property. Very clean and spacious. 10/10 would stay again. Only downside is its location, far away from most properties on the strip.

It's overall good for my family, but they still need to be improved

The service was not meeting the expectation at all and I was feeling disappointed. During my stay, I had requested some items to be sent up to the room. However when I returned to room at night, only part of the items were received. The excuse from front desk was that I had turned on Do Not Disturb sign which they were not able to enter my room for item delivery. Well, if I had turned on the sign, why would I receive some of the items I requested. My boyfriend was not feeling well and he barely ate anything during dinner. So we placed room service order via the in room iPad. However after 45 min, nothing was received. Then I called to in room dining, they said they received the order but it was empty. Well, you won’t double check with your guest? The whole experience was not that good especially in terms of guest services, and we had paid extra to upgrade to the suite.

Nice hotel. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. Staff are pleasant and helpful, I will definitely come back on my next trip to Vegas.

Expected bit more,no slippers in room,no dispose shaving kit.Buffet breakfast ,bit boring after first day.Their system of making even hotel guest wait,when clearly there is plenty tables is nosence.Especially treating customers like cattles quing up.More than a few servers and chefs looked so miserable.Come on suppose to be a five star.Certainly won't be rushing back.Really truefully,is not worth the waiting time some people have mentioned.May 2023.
