The shower was very good and it even had the timer to control how long the water will run.

View of the sea from our room was great. The breakfast spread was good and service of staff in the hotel was pleasant.

Great hotel but very little English spoken by the staff. Location is convenient for fast food and Fisherman’s Wharf and farmers market. A word of advice. Choose a larger room. I was there for several days and appreciated the extra room. I saw some of their standard room and they sure looked a bit small. Kuchiro is a compact city and easy to walk around on foot. This is a nice hotel. Restaurant is good, but breakfast buffet has very small potions to take. They are also very strict on their closing time. They expect you out when the restaurant is set to close. All in all I think the best choice in Kuchiro.

Great hotel and great location. The only hotel to go at Kushiro in my opinion.

The staff is very helpful, the location is great and also the room is very nice with a good view of Kushiro. The room is very clean and there’re plenty of amenities for you.

最值得稱讚的是毛巾。很新很柔軟。不像其他酒店第一天放好毛巾，次日更換就是又硬又舊的。此外大堂有家蛋糕店，好吃。 最差的是早餐。第一天我們8:15到（9點結束），已經很多東西沒有了，但是完全沒有人添加。至於嘛，商超控制庫存都不至於如此。第二天，我們要趕路，7:45就到了，終於搞懂是所有東西都衹有開始的那些量，吃光也不會補充的。呵呵。 房間大小還行，佈局有點奇怪，衣櫃跟床之間的衹能夠一個瘦子正常通過。胖一點就要側身。我把26吋行李箱放進裏面的行李架上費了老大勁。空氣不太流通，假如可以開窗會好些。抽屜裏有張説明直言冬天衹有暖氣，且無法調温。如果熱了可以關掉空調（試過，差點悶死，而且温度依然高，因為上下左右的房間都有暖氣啊）或者問酒店要部冷風機（可是放哪兒呢？）估計是吐槽的客人太多了。

房間衞生條件很好，住在裏面也很方便，服務員的服務非常到位，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店環境不錯，非常值得入住。

北海道窗景最美的一家,房間不大，但很乾凈服務也很好，前台小哥雖然英語不太好但很努力，直接用日語翻譯的軟件交流會更順暢點

另外付錢升級了海景房 （前台小夥子英語太差 14層説的是24層） 房間衞生都很滿意 衹是早飯時 早飯也是相當不錯 but 有一個噁心想吐的事情：最後準備吃點沙拉 結果裏面一根so 長的頭髮 🤮 …… 離JR站15分鐘距離吧 碼頭上不錯 如果海景房 天氣好時 夕陽不錯

早餐挺好，在最頂樓，風景特別好

房間視野好且潔淨，早餐的食物豐盛且美味，用餐的景觀非常好，服務人員辛勤處理海鮮菜色點心飲料等內容，相當感謝！洗衣與健身房是免費提供，更令人感激不已。一樓大廳有古典音樂洗禮心靈，稍作停留領聽真是享受。

设施：80 卫生：100 环境：90 服务：100 酒店臨近幣舞橋和釧路歡楽街 進出方便 除了硬件設施稍顯老旧，其他都還OK
