I always book this hotel in London. Very quiet, very central, very nice amenities, and very good value for London.

The room environment and hygiene are excellent. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic before check-in, and I was upgraded to a suite room. However, there were two small episodes during the check-in process. One was that the bathtub was leaking, and the maintenance worker had to come into the room to repair it while I was taking a bath, but the manager later expressed his apologies; the other was that when I checked out, I was told that there was a minibar consumption, but in the end it was found that it was the previous guest's charge that was charged to me, and then they wanted to charge me a separate service fee, which I refused. Although all my deposit was returned in the end, I couldn't accept this mistake and behavior. Of course, the overall situation is still good, and I will still choose this hotel when I come to London next time

The room is large and the location is convenient. It is a ten-minute walk to Hyde Park and there is a bus stop within two minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when I come to London.

The location is right next to the peninsula. It is quiet and close to everything. The hotel is new, clean and has advanced facilities.

The location is superior, the internal facilities are advanced, and the service is decent. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Harrods are within walking distance. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the taxi service is very suitable. worth having.

Business hotel, like the style. The front desk staff also helped to find a room when the room was full. However, when checking out, there was an extra service fee, saying that it was a service for cleaning the room every day. Now London really asks for tips in disguise.
