Ulasan Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa

Resor ini indah! Kolam renangnya luar biasa dan stafnya sangat ramah! Sarapannya berupa prasmanan barat dan lokal. Sangat direkomendasikan!

Kami tinggal di Tambuli Resort selama 4 malam dan saya harus mengatakan bahwa layanan yang diberikan melebihi harapan kami. Dari perwakilan layanan pelanggan di bagian penerima tamu, housekeeping, concierge, dan semua staf di Cafe Hojas melakukan yang terbaik untuk membuat masa menginap kami sangat nyaman dan terasa disambut. Terima kasih khusus kepada Kevin di Cafe Hojas dan Martin di petugas yang melakukan yang terbaik menjaga kami selama kami tinggal. Kami memesan kamar studio Queen yang menghadap ke kolam renang. Namun, kami ditempatkan di sebuah ruangan yang menghadap ke halaman dan terdapat rak konstruksi/renovasi yang sementara dibangun di balkon kami. Kami meminta untuk mengubah kamar kami ke pemandangan kolam renang dan resepsionis cukup akomodatif setelah berbicara dengan manajer mereka yang sedang bertugas. Ruang studionya sangat luas, nyaman dan tenang. Hotel ini terletak di kota Lapu Lapu dan kami mendapat akses ke pusat perbelanjaan dan restoran (LG Garden Walk dan Shang's Place) melalui Grab. Kekecilan hotel ini adalah tidak ada berenang malam di kolam utama (tutup jam 6 sore). Namun, kolam renang yang lebih kecil dengan bar kolam renang dibuka hingga pukul 22.00. Meskipun hotel ini terletak di tepi pantai, kami tidak bisa berenang di pantai karena ombaknya yang kencang dan dipenuhi lumpur.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

highly recommended, will surely go again, the staff are great, charming and helpful, the environment is very clean, the breakfast is super, the room is cozy, got lots of swimming pools, the beach is nice.

We had an amazing and memorable time in tambuli. First, the room is so cozy and clean The amenities i love the nature vibes of the entire resort they preserved the trees. Second, I love the pool area it was heated with a jacuzzi. I had an amazing time at the pool bar during the happy hour. Third, there's a trumpet performer at the lobby during the night it was so relaxing to end your day while having dinner. There's a restaurant beside the lobby. Lastly, the service was fantastic, very accommodating, and hospitable they're not intimidating they're so helpful to everyone.

Peaceful and quiet.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room and other hotel facilities was no longer the best. For over 100 euros per night, I expect cleanliness and no mold or rust in the room. It's a shame, because all the staff were highly motivated and friendly.

You must double check everytime your giving a depository amount upon checking in. They might not issues receipts & denied your giving a certain amount. Just be cautious.

Hotel room is not pretty but the swimming pool and beach are worth it. The breakfast is just so-so.

Lovely hotel, nice room that was very clean (added bonus for the washing machine in the room!!) Hotel amenities were ok, but not much going on- if your thinking of swimming with whale sharks be prepared for the 4hr drive (well worth it tho, it was incredible!) Food in the hotel was extremely over priced for what it was!Our breakfast was included with our stay, but if it was not good, especially if you were paying the £17 (GBP). There was very little choice, the food displays were always empty and breakfast is advertised as open till 10 but at 9:45 the staff had cleared away the food after helping themselves to the “leftovers” that customers were still paying for!! Beach was nice and pools were very well kept! The staff were super friendly and willing to help- cannot fault the service! The hotel has its own private beach and water sports area which was lovely, however be super careful when swimming in the sea as there’s lots of sea urchins close to the shore! (Maybe the hotel could put warning signs up about this could be very dangerous if not expected?) Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay, but probably wouldn’t come back. The hotel has so much potential but deffo needs work in some areas💕

Been here few times and this is my first review of this resort. For the times I’ve stayed in the resort it was constantly a good experience for me, my family and friends.
