Lanzhou Xindeli Hotel

A very nice place to stay and very kind hosts!

Only good thing about this place is the location. Remaining everything rest in peace. unclean/ dirty rooms. The buffet breakfast they offer is worth nothing. I booked two double deluxe rooms for 2 nights. They could only give me one family double deluxe room. The other rooms was small and the first set of rooms that they offered didn't even have bedroom chairs. TV did not work. at first there was no water in shower and no hot water in the basin taps. They fixed it later on. Trip.com however, helped me and compensated me, however, they even couldn't get me the big 35sq.m room as promised for one night. could have said if the room was clean, tidy and maintained. There were a broken metal plate which was itself a safety hazard (Picture shared) for the children. There was no bathroom scale available as wrongly mentioned in the room amenities mentioned.

真的很差勁，要不是不點一星點評不了，我連一顆星都不想給！！平常也覺得就算了，今天考試前都要寫在便簽裏記得要吐槽。 1.進去大門第一次開的房間都沒有確認有沒有打掃，拖鞋放在門口，進去煙灰缸都沒收拾，被子是掀開的，要不是上去立馬選擇下來前台，沒打掃的房間都不給換，聽意思是但凡我動了一下被子，我就不能換。 2.房子剛裝修完的味道，雖然甲醛無色無味，但是其他氣味非常刺鼻，我第二天一整天都暈。 3.在明知道有人住的情況下，在休息時間説是在修門鈴，一直按按按，影響人正常睡眠。平常也就算了，正是考試的時候，中午根本沒有睡着覺。 4.按金收了一百塊，屋裡一瓶礦泉水都沒有。

實際房型與宣傳圖片不符合，環境也比較差，説是有免費停車場，實際上免費停車場到晚了根本就沒有位置，自己找到一個付費停車場，後面也沒有報銷停車費一晚上是15塊錢，停完車再步行大概10分鐘回酒店，房間燈光暗，設施舊，到了之後給了我一個房間，我上去看了發現與我在攜程上看的宣傳圖片完全不一樣，實際面積也不符，我去找前台，前台説是因為我們到晚了，所以沒有我預訂的那個房型了，也沒辦法給我換房，無法解決，讓我聯繫經理，我聯繫經理後經理態度特別差，讓我將就一晚上，沒有給我解決問題，後面我給攜程官方打電話，攜程客服態度特別好，我對酒店提出了投訴，也幫我解決了問題，反正在酒店體驗感極差，大家要謹慎選擇！！！！

挺乾淨的，就是5樓窗户是壞的，沒法鎖。但好在樓層高。周邊手抓羊肉店很多，也便宜，45元/斤。

這次住宿體驗真的太棒了！酒店環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全，讓我感受到了家的温馨和舒適。 而且酒店的服務質量非常高，員工們都非常熱情友好，無論我有什麼需求，都能迅速而專業地為我解決。
