"Nice and quiet in may, all the receptionists we saw were lovely and friendly. We were in room 214 had air conditioning which is a bonus. Loads bars and restaurants in walking distance.Vali cocktail bar is right opposite. The only downside for us we got there for 1 o’clock room was ready but wouldn’t let us in till 3 not sure why if it’s ready"

"My two-day stay was a complete disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. The hygiene was appalling: • The refrigerator was full of mold and filth. • The bathroom had black mold in the shower and a dirty toilet. On top of that, there was a constant and unpleasant musty smell. It was impossible to rest: the noise from drunk guests trying to open doors in the early hours of the morning was constant and unbearable."

"Excellent stay, we have gone back after a couple of years gap and the hotel is running smoother and exactly as it should. Food is great, something for everyone, the restaurant is busy but we never waited for more than a couple of minutes for a table. The whole resort is spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Sunlounger reserving does still happen. Some people were sat on them at 8am, others had towels left.. there are notices everywhere asking you not to do that but unfortunately im not sure anybody takes any notice. Overall a great stay, 15 Euros in a taxi from the airport. We we stay again."

"This was an insurance placement, we were so upset to be put up in a hostel after staying in a 4 star hotel. But soon changed our mind after arrival. Hostel- bright, modern in all areas, lift and stair access; small cafe/ restaurant; extremely polite and helpful staff . Bedroom- spacious, modern with en-suite and toiletries provided. Location- corner shop and restaurant across the road, near small beautiful marina with cafes; short walk to local high street. Would HIGHLY recommend this hostel."

"Stayed many times & made reservations for 2026. Having worst experiences of guests behaviour during our stay, shall not be fulfilling bookings & definitely not returning to Panorama. Standards have dropped considerably, more like youth hostel or youth club with badly behaved abusive guests running & screaming up & down corridors during night. Every night awoken by shouting screaming in corridor & guests rooms. Slamming doors, banging, moving chairs, tables. Not a relaxing, restful holiday. Man in room next door, vomiting over balcony shouting, swearing at other guests, total disrespect. Reported this to Security 3.45am, guest continued vomiting very loudly & very disrespectful to Security man, swearing at him. Guest who had been at the poolside drunk, walked into our room, had to ask her leave our room. She on previous night hanging over garden balcony, fully naked shouting screaming from balcony, another night disturbed. Most evening on returning to Panorama a certain security person is asleep at reception. Standards of some clientele behaviour not acceptable. Music blasting from guests at poolside, along with the music from pool bar cafe. No longer peaceful restful experience at Panorama."

"The most upscale and expensive five-star hotel in the area with a very low cost-performance ratio. The hotel breakfast is very average. We booked a room for more than 4,000 yuan a night and stayed for three nights. There was no toilet paper, no toothbrush, no shower cap and cotton swab in the room, and no razor. I asked the front desk twice before it was delivered, and it was only delivered once in three days. The slippers were wet and they were not changed for room cleaning. Only one pair of slippers was given in three days. It's incredible... The hotel's sauna costs 60 euros per person, and the free one can only be used at the public sports venue across the road. We have stayed in countless five-star hotels in Europe every year. This is a hotel with poor cost-performance and service!"

"We went to this hotel from 31/05 until 12/06 as a family of 4. 10 year old and 4 years old. Absolutely lovely experience. Food was amazing, different theme everyday. We went half board. Breakfast had everything you might need, big variety. Dinners were so good, so much variety. The hotel is spotless, constantly being cleaned. The clubs for the kids were amazing 3h in the morning, both mine loved it. The staff were nice, the location superb, walking distance to everything. The rooms were big and had everything you might need. The hotel is definitely a winner for a family with kids. Id 100% recommend this hotel to anyone."

We were directed to the restaurant which was serving until 10.30pm & our bags were taken away to our room.First class & friendly service! The hotel has been refurbished & is definitely 4 star. The room was large & clean. Nice sea view balcony & air-conditioned. There is a safe & fridge plus kettle, tea bags,coffee & milks The lighting is bright & good for reading. The television is modern flat screen & had six English channels. The bathroom had a good size walk-in shower & toiletries were provided. There is a hairdryer & magnifying mirror All in all, a cracking room. The food is excellent, with good variety. The staff are friendly,helpful & professional. This hotel has everything & is highly recommended for a nice, relaxing break."
