I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience.

　立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。 　室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。 　一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。

I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

앨앨꼬르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요. 니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다. 멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에, 도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다. 르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, .. 어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다. 우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다. Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다. 바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다. 호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^ 무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요. 매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님. 천국같았던 르블랑에서의 천사 컨시어지님♡ 올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다. 비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요. 요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다. 물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^ 몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요. 클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다. 프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다. 다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다. 신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ 까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요.. 아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡

TTamuEverything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

TTamuWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location   of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

TTamuThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.
