Hotel dekat Stasiun Kereta Luxembourg, Luksemburg

酒店位置極佳，就在火車站對面。check-in取房時，他最初給了我們一間低層房間，窗外四周全被對面的房間包圍著，完全沒有景觀，而且是天井位置，後來我們要求換房間，因為我在Trip.com預訂的是寫著城市景觀。後來他們立即換了一間面向火車站大街的房間給我們，證明其實是有更好的景觀房間，但他們就是不先給你。房間對着大楷，晚上街上人聲嘈雜，有時會有人喧嘩大叫，或大聲嬉戲。房間面積不大，洗手間及浴室更是面積很小，洗手枱面完全不能放置物品。玻璃窗上亦有塵埃痕跡，完全不像一間名牌酒店， $2000一晚的房間有點不值。

Kelebihan: Hotel ini masih sangat baru, fasilitasnya modern dan indah, suasananya sangat aman, tersedia bus gratis di depan pintu yang langsung menuju pusat kota, hotelnya tenang tetapi terdapat beberapa restoran yang dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki selama 5 menit, yang sangat nyaman. Ketika saya tiba, masih ada 4 jam sebelum waktu check-in, dan saya membayar 30 euro untuk check-in lebih awal. Saya melewatkan sarapan keesokan harinya karena saya salah ingat waktu. Resepsionis menyediakan croissant dan jus jeruk, yang secara keseluruhan cukup baik. The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

Great hotel for a business trip, with meeting rooms and perfeclty located in the European Quartier. In this case, however, I went with my family. Room was fantastic and service impeccable. Recommend!

Very friendly and assisting front desk staff, lobby has kids friendly play station, about 10mins walk from lux train station, room and toilet is clean and well-furnished.

I stayed at the DoubleTree Luxembourg with my 80-year-old father, who is unwell and was extremely tired after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, the room we were given was right next to the elevator motors, and the noise kept both of us awake almost the entire night. My father finally managed to fall asleep around 7:00–7:30 AM after hours of discomfort. However, at 8:00 AM, there was a knock on our door. I opened it half-asleep, and the staff member simply said “It’s ok” and walked away. I later saw the same person again in uniform, so clearly they were a member of the hotel team. I still cannot understand why they knocked at that time, and what exactly was “ok,” especially when it was obvious the room had severe noise issues and guests could still be resting. I shared all of this with the reception team and politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of a brief conversation or even a quick acknowledgment, I was handed a handwritten note with the manager’s email. After travelling with an elderly parent who was in pain and exhausted, I was genuinely hoping for a bit of understanding or empathy. Even a short apology would have meant a lot at that moment. I should mention that breakfast was also quite basic and didn’t match the DoubleTree standard I’m familiar with, so overall the stay was unfortunately far below what I usually experience with Hilton properties. I’m writing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because the situation placed my father—who is already unwell—under a lot of unnecessary stress. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, this experience was difficult for me, and I sincerely hope management can review what happened and decide on an appropriate way to make this right.

Muito agradável, limpo e bem situado. Só sugeria que a água do duche fosse mais quente. Pareceu-me mais morna do que quente. De resto, nada a apontar. Fiquei muito bem impressionada.

Excellent location for the tram or train and a 15-minute walk to restaurants. The location is down a side street filled with bars and clubs, so perhaps not suitable for families with younger children. Very clean rooms, small but all you need for a night's stay in a city.
