TTamuAs i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

TTamuLovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Plumbing issues in the bathroom due to low maintenance- no silence on tap, loose shower door, poor flush.
Breakfast was good - lots of choice and freshly cooked

TTamuLovely little find, very clean with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were really comfy (we booked for 3 people, one double bed and a sofa bed but ended up with 2 double beds 👍🏻), microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and tea/coffee. Can be tricky to find so follow the YouTube video that they send, especially for the postcode. Parking was on street.
Location is quite a student area but ideally located for a quick Uber into the city (@£6) and bus stops nearby.
Accommodation is in the back area of the property so need to be mindful of the family home, especially when coming and going at night.
Overall, pleasantly surprised and great nights sleep ☺️

TTamumy room was as I expected everything I needed for my stay, I mentioned cleanliness in your review. My room was great, and the hotel overall was good, but the lift had sweet wrappings on the first night and was still there when l left, small detail that won't stop me recommending the hotel but you asked and that was the only bit I could inform you about,

TTamuwe stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying.

PPengguna AnonimThe entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.

TTamuA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
