TTamuHotel ini terhubung dengan Terminal 5 Heathrow, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk kedatangan dan keberangkatan. Sarapan ala Baratnya sangat lezat. Pelayanannya juga cukup baik. Dengan transit 22 jam di Terminal 5, saya bisa punya beberapa jam untuk menjelajahi London setelah menginap semalam. Staf resepsionis sangat membantu dalam membantu transportasi ke dan dari London. Namun, kamarnya kuno, dengan seprai dan handuk mandi yang menguning, tampak agak tidak terawat. Pasta gigi tidak disediakan di kamar, dan saya tidak yakin apakah resepsionis akan menyediakannya jika diminta. Secara keseluruhan, dari segi kenyamanan, hotel ini merupakan pilihan yang baik untuk menginap satu malam.

IInstaFrnkA room with a Concorde view! Great hotel for early flight. We have experienced other hotels at Heathrow and this one is the best. Very friendly staff, clean, great location. We walk to the tube in the morning, 5 mins walk and a short free tube ride to the airport terminal. Good is nice in the pub/restaurant and again competitive compared to some other overpriced hotels at Heathrow.

TTamuI would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall. The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available. A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

TTamuGreat stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow

TTamuLocation is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .
