This is an older property that is very well maintained. Each room is a suite and very comfortable. Most of the guests during our stay were extended stay and loved the property. So did we.

Convenient place to stay. Dated building with adequate accommodations and continental breakfast. Staff is nice, room clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly desk staff and clean room with nice little kitchenette.
There is no elevator so just be aware if you can’t do stairs and a few more breakfast options would be nice.
Overall was happy with the hotel.

Property is very clean except for the cupboard under the pancake maker in the breakfast area. Opened this cupboard by mistake, and it was full of crumbs! Property is older, but very nicely kept. And it is convenient to the shopping area of town. Would definitely stay here again!

WHAT STAY? They refused to give us the room because our driver’s licenses had a local address. We lived in town for nearly 4 years but moved to Phoenix (a 3 1/2 hour drive) a month ago. We came to keep some medical appoin**ents and visit my mother in assisted living. We understand a policy of not wanting underage locals using the room to party but we are 72-year old respectable citizens who were forced to find another hotel with more common sense … thanks for NOTHING!

Upon check in, we were given another family's room-discovered when we opened the door. We were then downgraded to a queen room.

We waited for 30 minutes to get checked in, as there was no one at the front desk. A sign at the front desk indicated we should call a phone number. Upon calling the number, it rang at the vacant front desk and went unanswered. The fan it the bathroom had a terrible squeaking noise and we found dental floss (not ours) by the night stand.

Very clean, convenient location. Would like to have had a dresser to put clothes in. Was nice to have free breakfast, but would have liked more protien options, such as ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese. The kitchenette was very handy! Could have used paper towels. Thank you!

Great place. Our suite was very nice. Loved the little kitchenette. It was very clean( good job housekeeping) , the location was close to the London Bridge. There are many places to get something to eat. People were very friendly. Would love to have had more selections for the breakfast, but what they did offer was good.
