Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa. Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views. The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes. The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴 Stay HERE!

O único inconveniente que tive foi quanto ao checkin que por telefone fui informada que como era as 14h e eu chegaria de madrugada poderiam estender meu checkout de 12h para as 17h, pois fui para uma festa que só seria a noite. Após muita insistência aceitaram a prorrogação mediante ao pagamento extra. Outro hotel da cidade ficou sabendo do ocorrido e me concedeu a hospedagem até o horário do meu evento e mais uma diária. Café da manhã agradável.
