The room was clean, big enough 31m2 and comfortable. I liked the amenities from l'occitane. There is a kettle so you can have coffee and tee in the room. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and shower cabine, very practicle. I expect more in the gym, it was pretty small. There is a shopping mall close to the Hotel

酒店地理位置理想，非常適合商務出行。房間寬敞整潔，早餐種類豐富且美味。服務人員熱情周到。唯一的不足是部分房間隔音效果稍差，夜晚可能會受到外界噪音幹擾。

Check in eficaz, quarto limpo ( o primeiro e mais importante item da minha lista ) , silencioso ( 14 andar- de frente para rua ) , cama confortável, chuveiro bom, room service ótimo ( prato estava gostoso e quente), cafe da manha bom, valet rápido. minha segunda estadia e continuará sendo minha opção para estadia nesta região. no geral : Excelente ! Recomendo !

Shower and breakfast were good. Staff was friendly. Further it is a bit a boring big business hotel with no nice bars and restaurants in the surroundings

Nice property located where I needed it to be. Very friendly and professional check in staff, Henrique, remembered my name during my entire stay.

It is an ok hotel! I traveled for business and wifi is a must, but it was super slow and impacted my meetings. The food availabilities especially if you are looking for healthy vegan options are literally zero.

I always stay here on my yearly trips and it’s always been pleasant and best experiences ! This time I had issues with Wi-Fi, chargers, noises . Sadly, my shortest stay was definitely disappointing. I gave them feedback and I hope they act to improve the issues … they seem to care and listen , which is the start to improve ….

Excelente Hotel

Arrived on a Sunday, restaurant, bar, and snack deli was closed. Ordered room service later in the evening and it took 1.5 hours for them to deliver. Not sure what the policy for Sunday is but, as a hotel, I would believe restaurant and all food service should be available. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a very good area and there’s a shopping center about 200 yards from the hotel.

Great hotel for a business stay, as it seems to be in a business area. Might be better choices to stay for pure tourism
