First time, it’s great experience! Nice customer service over the counter, just a bit distant from town but 10min walk to expo…

This is literally walking distance from the show ground. Free parking and they awarded me for not needing the house keeping service. The best part is, the rooms were clean AND the parking was free. I have gotten used to Hannover now and I really like this hotel. Every morning I enjoy the walk to the show grounds and walk back. It's perfect.

First of all, not only us but also alot guests were having problem in lobby. In receiption there too much problems about booking , payment and rooms. For example, we booked two beds but they said no two beds room. Then they said cannot find reservation. Then the staff said ok can see reservation , after all they said cannot see payment . Wow too much trouble in this hotel. Finally after 1.5 hour waiting in lobby we could to room. Room dirty, smell too much smoke ( we chose non smoking room ) . I will show pillow photo in atth. I want to ask another pillow but phone was broken. Everything terrible. Elevator was very old and smell terrible. I will never stay here, this hotel max 1 star can get

Das Zimmer war absolut zu warm. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht bzw. wenn dann hat diese nicht funktioniert. Ein Kaffeeautomat war einfach zu wenig. Es war ständig eine Schlange davor. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber nicht überragend. Pluspunkt war auf jeden Fall das kostenlose parken. Insgesamt war das Hotel für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

靠路邊，所以晚上不是特別安靜，不過睡的踏實也因為太累。早餐品種相對可以，不是特別多，所以吃點就好，別早上餓肚子。

展場很近，可以提供早餐。旁邊有麥當勞和超市。可以免費Parking.注意漢諾威有城市税大約房價的5%。

接連入住，沒有跟前台打招呼，他們不會來打掃房間，不會補換飲用水。

這個飯店距離火車站不到五分鐘，旁邊就展會看要去哪一館5-15分鐘、麥當勞走路3分鐘， 隔壁還有一家蒙古餐廳吃到飽的，商務很適合
