Ottimo hotel, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni, punto perfetto per raggiungere le cinque Terre.

Hotel was clean but very basic. It is in a convenient location which is why we stayed here. Disappointed that we were not offered a VIP upgrade or benefit. Wasn't even mentioned.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and a quick easy walk to the main ***** you can stroll down all the way to the water.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
The free breakfast was a nice touch and did the trick for something quick and easy in the morning.
The room could have been a little cleaner but it was adequate. It was dusty and the air conditioner filter has likely not been cleaned in some time.
The air conditioner worked decent but we would have liked it a little colder.
Overall - the perfect place if you don’t plane on spending much time in the room and are just looking for a place to regroup and sleep.

I had spotty internet and it was loud with a restaurant/bar next door, but I would absolutely stay here for the convenience of being a two-minute walk to the train station. Just be aware that they lock their door around 8pm if you arrive late.

Nice modern hotel, central to sites & close to train station.Friendly reception staff.
Small but serviceable clean twin room for a couple of nights to explore Florence. Buffet breakfast included. (They provided our complimentary bottle of wine, but no corkscrew so unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy that!)

I was a bit skeptical at first since the hotel is so close to the train station. But to my surprise, hotel room was very quiet / clean and comfortable. Hotel is just 3 min walk to La Spezia train station which make a good base for travellers to visit Cinque Terre. Walkable distance to the main street in town with shops and restaurants. There is a self laundry just opposite the road. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks.
