Malgré un emplacement correct, une bonne literie et un bon accueil, plusieurs points négatifs à souligner : le parking n'est pas gratuit mais coûte 6€ la nuit, le petit déjeuner nous a été facturé 12,50€ au lieu des 10,50€ informés sur votre site... Et surtout grosse déception lors de l'arrivée au petit déjeuner soit disant continental car il n'y avait que du bacon sur le buffet chaud. Lorsque que j'ai demandé des oeufs, on m'a informé qu'il ne serait livrés que le lendemain et qu'il n'y en avait donc pas ce jour! J'ai demandé une réduction sur le prix du petit déjeuner car cela me paraît excessif de faire payer 12,50€ pour un petit déjeuner soit disant continental et j'attends toujours que la responsable me contacte pour cela car personne ne pouvait semble-t-il faire un geste commercial dans le personnel présent !!

The hotel was in an excellent location to wandr around the centre of La Rochelle and the port. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Reception helped us out with ordering a taxi to the airport. Excellent stay

Nice hotel close to all bars and restaurants etc....Needs more staff on reception as they have to serve the bar as well as checking in people...We gave up waiting at the bar as the girl was very busy and couldnt get to us...Breakfast could of been beter..

Very well located outside the core centre where it is difficult to park, yet in an affluent area. A particular note for the very helpful staff, who accommodated a last minute change in my travel arrangements.
