Location is very close to Eurostar - less than 10 min walk and you can hop on a tram to the central main station from right outside, the trams are very frequent. The double room we had was very small, tired and gloomy, overlooking the back car park. A bare fridge, a bottle of water would've been nice as it wasn't particularly cheap at 125 EURO per night for the room without breakfast, for a Wed/Thu night.

Stayed here with son for enjoyable city break. Location was excellent and was also within walking distance of city centre. Tram stop right outside hotel to Gare Euralille or Lille Flandres. Breakfast options were delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location for getting into Lille and the train stations. Hotel, particularly bedrooms, looking a bit tired. Room not serviced during two night stay and first room not cleaned when told it was ready - so had to change rooms. Breakfast passable, cheese, ham, bread, corn flakes, cocoa pops, yoghurt and pastries. OK, but probably better places to stay.

It was a joy to stay in this snazzy boutique hotel. Helpful staff and oh so comfortable beds. A good price for city, close to centre. Car parking tricky as very narrow entrance and breakfast staff could have been sharper in topping up the bacon. Would recommend.

Nice and specious room, comfortable bed, however the hotel looks little bit tired and needs to be refurbished . Good selection of food for breakfast. Good location, perfect for short stay, friendly service. Definitely we come back😀

The hotel is one stop away from central station and stops outside the hotel so very convenient, the hotel is bright and friendly and the rooms spacious and welcoming. Good breakfast and some great bars and restaurants nearby so the evening was easy to plan.

We had the most perfect stay here. Way better than most 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. Lovely friendly staff on reception, free coffee machine, quiet room- best nights sleep we’ve had in ages! It was easy to stay there with our baby, there was a cot in the room and a high chair at breakfast. We stayed in the privilege double room and it was a great size. Shower was decent. Breakfast was tasty. Selection of croissants, bread, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, yogurt, plus hot bacon and real scrambled eggs not the powdered ones you get in some buffets. Easy walk from the Eurostar terminal…
