床頭櫃上好多螞蟻，床上也有，而且酒店***連熱水都沒有，打電話給前台説等二十分鐘因為隔壁在洗澡？？等了一個小時還是沒有熱水再打電話，前台説要明天早上才能來修？從來沒想到居然還有酒店連熱水都沒有的，好評都是怎麼來的，笑死

Gorgeous!! Wonderful!! The website really undersells this property. We booked because little else was available and wasn't expecting a lot. But it was great! Our little bungalow was surrounded by trees and beautiful birds. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hot springs looks gross in the pictures on the website but are actually lovely in person. There are a whole series with different temperatures. It is cool enough in the evening that it felt great to relax in them and visit. And in the day time when it is warmer, they have a nice blue colored cold pool that our kids loved. The swim up bar and outdoor restaurant were lovely. And the included breakfast was great! Tropical fruits, made to order omelets, pastries, plantains etc... The location of the hotel is also great - close to many of the excursions or you can book right through the hotel to do things on-property (which we didn't do). Overall, we LOVED this beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Inside the hotel, we enjoyed the stunning volcanic scenery, and hot springs with two iguanas playing around on our first day in La Fortuna.

Excellent property. Overall experience was great. One night, power was on and off for a few hours. Called taxi once but receptionist handled the arrangement poorly.

The amenities and location were great but the room itself was really bad, broken doors, cracked wood walls with bugs coming in, no hot water, bad bathrooms etc. Not worth the money we paid.

The location and hot spring water are great! The view is very good, facing the vocals. However, the water for shower is terrible. We stayed there 3 nights, 2 out of 3 there was no water for shower.

Nice setup, the bathroom is little dated. hot springs are good but only 1 is warm.

The hotel is nice (the whole area is beautiful), but it's pretty crowded and there's not much to do in the hotel besides the thermal springs. The whole area is packed with the hotel cabins (there are A LOT). Good price/benefits.

I hope to stay here for my entire trip next time. I loved the separate cabins. It was quiet and peaceful, and had a beautiful view. The cabins weren't perfect though. Definitely do not have any food in your cabin, there's a bug problem. The beds are too hard, really could use a mattress top! First cabin the shower and safe didn't work. Second cabin the refrigerator and safe didn't work. However, the landscaping was beautiful, and the pools were nice. Overall, I would have loved to spend a week there. Hopefully they will fix some of those problems to make the experience perfect. Good value and great location.

We really liked the property and its location, and would definitely stay there again. The property as a whole is really good. The views of the volcano from all around the property are great. Lots of birds around in the morning and we even spotted tu and on the property. The thermal pools, the wet bar and restaurants were excellent. We also loved the breakfast and the vibe of the restaurant where you would go for breakfast. Although the cabins are very nice and quaint, our cabin could use a little upgrading. For example, the shower door kept getting stuck and would fall off causing us to have to remount it on several occasions. Once again, the overall property is excellent and overall we were happy with room, except for the need to do a little bit of work on the cabin (cabin #266). We definitely recommend this property.
