Quit place to relax in a clean swimming pool , also the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

Beach side resort that does not have wifi, telephone reception, seaside, mini bar or hotel informationf or service.

We stayed here one night to catch a flight the next day. They were very helpful and it was such a good looking hotel. The beach is not great but it is a beautiful view high tide!

Lovely hotel facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Facilities include swimming pool with loungers and restaurant with a sea view, massage room, airport shuttle. If you are looking for a couple days of relaxing, chilling by the pool then it is a good choice. They have a good restaurant, rooms are comfortable and massage facilities. However there is little else to do nearby. The beach is not a swimming beaching the map does not give an accurate perception of the location, most surrounding restaurants and bars have deteriorated and closed. The only snorkeling would be on an excursion to an island. We had a mixed experience, the first few days service was great, but towards the end service at the restaurant and bar was poor.

Costa palawan’s staff were very accommodating, they even considered my late chevk out request..

Free airport shuttle to Puerto Princesa airport which is very convenient. The pool was nice. Friendly staff. They gave us a big room and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. The bikes were rusty through and need to be replaced. They can cause an accident for guests using them. Please have your staff check the bikes. The kayak and paddleboard was cool to use for guests. I recommend this hotel in Puerto Princesa.

The facilities and the service are poor. If you are looking for big rooms and a location close to the airport- then its worth it but other than that - it's JUST NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Good clean rooms. But mosquitos inside. Quite a lot. One bad experience with restaurant. Tried to bill me twice. Serice must improve, specially at the restaurant. You order one dish they will bring two and vice versa.

The staff was sometimes friendly but no one genuine. Not hospitable. Easily annoyed and not very helpful. Some downright rude. Floors sticky in the room and left residue and stuff in clumps. Ants crawling all over us in bed. Quiet hours not actually quiet hours whether it was a wedding in the building next door or adults running around slamming doors and giggling at 2am while there for a conference. Sound reverberates A LOT due to building material so every piece of furniture moved or doors slammed echos through walls. No one helpful when asked about amenities or how to make use of what was on property. Very annoyed at the experience. Stay elsewhere.

Chinese owner, so it mean you don't buy any cocktail as they sinply use water instead of alcohol believe me, for the rest the room, food and cleanest in general is okay

Wonderful little secluded resort! Friendly and helpful staff! The MOST comfortable bed and pillow of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! And the linens smelled incredible. The only downside for me is there is not really a beach as advertised. More of a low tide mud pit. But it is still a really lovely place at a decent price. Can get a tricycle into town or even farther to the beach if you want. Would stay again if I was in the area.
