Service is excellent. The hygiene and environment is great. The hotel is just a few steps from the JR station.

Wonderful! I am very love to stay in the hotel, No matter on the service and facilities are grating for five stars hotel. I would recommend people to stay there.

Location wise just one stop from kyoto train station. Free flow drinks, private bath and public bath available. Midnight noodles & ice cream available from 9-11pm. Japanese course dinner served special menu from their chef. Buffet breakfast choices were a lot. Can store luggage before check in or after check out. Provide luggage transfer with some fees within kyoto area. Definitely worth to pay a visit to experience kyoto culture. 👍🏻

Lovely hotel with great facilities If you’re after a traditional Ryokan I would highly recommend. The Yukata was beautiful. 5 private onsens 1 public Lots of free amenities and food served throughout the day.

Very good service and beautiful room. The onsen is great. If you want a « traditional experience », go for it! Also, the breakfast is really worth it

most things are pretty good, the location is not that great. The spa is good, but the environment around the spa is too cold in winter and my husband got A very bad cold. The price is not cheap

Excellent facilities including hot spring and delightful food (tried breakfast and dinner), highly recommend breakfast. Location very near to Kyoto JR station (1 station apart)
